Got some weird breakfast sandwich that seemed as if the egg had been baby birded onto the sandwich. This was a Sunday morning at 7AM with zero line. The drive thru itself is a nightmare going a quarter mile out of your way and speed bumps galore, but not really their fault I suppose. This location is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. We tried coming here last year and their potato's tasted like soap. I tried to give this another shot while in town and wow, STILL TASTES LIKE SOAP! This time it's the bagels that not only taste like soap but also have no structure, they're so soft and it seems like their toaster died mid toast so they microwaved them. We had bagels from the location in Palos Heights and everything is ten times better than this location. I will never come here again, complete let down. Who taught these people how to put cream cheese on a bagel? I opened the bagel and there was barely enough smear to cover one half. Super dry and very Unenjoyable. Usually at other Dunkins they put way more on the bagel when it's put on by them. Also a couple of weeks ago I went to this location. They took my order at the box and when I got to the window the girl said "I thought he was putting in your order and he didn't. So what did you order?" Seriously? It was 530 in the morning but still! Hands down the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. They told me they had only two types of bagel bites. So I ordered plain then after standing around waiting they tell me they don't have them. Instead of offering refund they offer the ones I can't ear because they have onions. The snaking bacon I order comes out and is cold and plain no brown sugar seasoning. I ask can they fix it and I swear she went in the back sat it on the counter for 10 Mims and brought it back exactly the same except now cold and said there you go. The restaurant is always filthy and the front door is locked during open hours!! Skip it...and go one mile down the road to a better DD. The drive thru workers are disrespectful and are exhausted with having to do a job they make the choice to go to. Truly ridiculous. I was dropped off at LA Fitness across the street without realizing it didn't open until 8am. Literally everything was closed, except Dunkin! So I thought, fantastic, somewhere to get some coffee, have breakfast, and chill for a bit. I get to the door, and I see a make shift sign that says "Short of people. Drive-thru only". I look inside, there's two employees. Trying to be understanding, I think to myself, well okay maybe they are training someone. So I just wait around outside for 30 minutes. It's not a 24hr Dunkin, they open at 4:30am, it's most likely not a shift change, but who knows, maybe somebody got here way earlier. So I waited 20 more min, nobody came out. I came closer to the door so they can see me, and the 4 of them are just standing around near the drive-thru laughing and talking and waiting around (drive-thru wasn't busy AT ALL). They see me, and one of them just points at her mic....seriously? I don't think this is a short staff problem...you've got other problems here. I will never stop at this one again. I ordered three iced coffees, a milkshake and two sandwiches in the drive thru. This order went well beyond their capabilities, apparently. I had to repeat the order three times before they were able to register it. When I got to the window, I was again asked what my order was. And then I waited, and waited. This is the worst Dunkin/Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. Their customer service is pretty much nonexistent, at least in the morning and afternoon. Every time I would order a chocolate malt the employees would look at me like I was crazy. This wasn't just one employee... it was two or three. Don't advertise products that your staff clearly doesn't know how to make. I have received watery soup that is light brown even though I ordered a chocolate malt made with DARK CHOCOLATE ice cream! Went 2 days in a row and both days they were out of some items and while I was standing in the location 4 or 5 bags of orders were either wrong or were handed to the wrong customer, half the time they went to the drive thru.
