Ordered a cookie butter cold brew in the app for easy pickup and had someone grab it for me. They completely messed the order up and didn't put any foam on top or cookie butter stuff and it just tasted like coffee, but not even good coffee. I was so mad I didn't even take a picture and just gave it away, but even that person said it was nasty and didn't want it. This was my first time ordering from here and I won't ever order from this location again. I know sometimes drinks are good depending on who makes them but if people are spending, $5 plus on a drink it should be made to a certain standard. I didn't even have the energy to take it back because it was a busy time of day, but I would have had things been different. Big thumbs down. read more

I come to this Duncan perhaps once in a month or once in three weeks. And when Covid started, like everybody else they went to drive-through only. Then the opened up again, but now they're back to drive-through only. Unfortunately the drive-through takes forever. So the lines are long and they don't seem to move very quickly. My suggestion would be for the folks that have those complicated orders have them pull aside and have someone run their order out so that you can get the rest of us through that have just a coffee. read more

I like this Dunkin they're always speedy and helpful. Today while I was ordering they lost power on the drive thru but when I pulled up to the window they were super nice and I was still able to order! Which was great because I wouldn't have had time to go anywhere else before work. I got a chocolate glazed donut it was good and I got a cold brew with chocolate cold foam. It was good. I have to say if you are thinking it's going to be the same coffee as St*rbucks cold foam things you will be disappointed but if you know you're still getting a good quality coffee with foam and it's several dollars cheaper than a st*rbucks it's a total win! read more

I asked for 2 everything bagels double toasted with butter and cream cheese on one and butter and garden veggie cream cheese on the other and I got charged for cream cheese and only got butter on my barely toasted bagels. It's just like your typical Dunkin' Donuts but service is horrible only one person working almost at all times of the day and today when I went to get something I was standing there waiting for 7minutes before the guy finally came up to me instead of the drive thru and even then didn't offer to take my order, just says "use the touch display to place your order". We're is the BaskinRobbins ice cream ??? Menu board, 1 small panel on far far right for the donuts! Coffee was watered down, hot cocoa was watery too. Counter was friendly but you must do it by the system. Order here and then move over here to get drink. Very slow business. Dining area hard plastic chairs. Need painting. Since moving back to Buffalo, I have visited this Dunkin location a handful of times . Coffee and food is on point, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating no matter the time of day. If you go inside over the drive thru, it's an extremely clean establishment. Buffalonians need to change to this Dunkin location over the extremely below average Tim Hortons. read more

I guess this must be the norm! So I go to this establishment and get 2 white cream donuts and an OJ . I go about 2-3 times a week . I get 2 white cream donuts and an Orange juice/Apple juice . Two times in 3 days both donuts have no cream ! So I take a couple days off from donuts and get a bagel thinking maybe it's a bad string .... NOPE. Went again today and nothing again . I go to this location because they have the powdered sugar ones that I like . So I'm not one to usually call and complain as I have been in this industry for 30 years and 12 years running a bakery . So I attempt to call and her an automated service saying to punch in the code for their corresponding restaurant. So main st is a code and Delaware has a code so I hear the code for Sheridan dr location and punch it in . It says please hold while we connect you .. wait 10 seconds and it sends me back to the original automated message . So you can't even call to complain ! I've posted in here a couple other times about this place but evidently they don't check up on it or most likely don't care ! Avoid the donuts at this location ! read more

Do not ,I repeat do not go here . Sheridan and belmont Ave is the worst. The girl with the glasses and ponytails is the WORST. I walk in at 230 pm on a Thursday and I'm waiting 5 mins while she was on her cellphone slouched down at cash register. I look to the right and I see this other tall big woman who works there also behind fridge texting. When I make way as if I have to get my own coffee ,they both get up as if they were ready to fight. So when I said I have been waiting the ponytail with glasses tells me I should of made myself known. After I explained I'm a paying customer they very smart assy said yea ur right. The girl in the ponytails and glasses smirked and made mean faces to me the whole time. I will try to get their bosses attention but do to franchising there was no way I can get anyone's attention. Something is always wrong with this location. It's almost comical now. Don't mess with a girl and her coffee early in the morning! But sadly, I have had many bad starts to my days coming here on my way to work. I try to have hope every time I come here. To start off, if you go inside, YOU WILL WAIT, for what feels like an eternity, no matter what you get. Even when you are the only person in there! How?! I really do not understand. If you thought the inside service was bad, that's honestly good compared to the drive-thru, which is most certainly not saying much. EVERY TIME I go through the drive-thru, they always ask me 5 times what my order was. most of the times I will have already paid and then they are asking me what I ordered? There have been times I've repeated myself multiple times and STILL my order is wrong. This morning, I wasn't expecting much, I ordered an iced coffee. I figured, how can this go wrong?! The service here almost ALWAYS stinks! Iced coffee is good, food is horrible so don't even bother. I only come here because it's the most convenient thing on my way to work. Dunkin SERIOUSLY needs to work on training their employees, almost EVERY TIME I am here I pull up, pay and all the workers are just STANDING AROUND until they realize none of them have even made my coffee yet! The coffee and donuts are good, but I'm not a fan of their sandwiches. They taste very much like microwave meals, and generally not worth the prices they charge for them. Also, to be clear, the Baskin Robbins section has been taken out of this location. So I've only been to this location twice. Both times it was the drive thru. Both times they got my order wrong, despite having to repeat it once. When I ordered a mocha, I just got hot chocolate. When I ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar, I got a small black. Thank goodness I don't have any allergies because they don't seem to be paying attention. read more

Solid Dunkin Donuts. They've never screwed up an order. Did get a mangled Bagel once. But, for the most part the place is clean, newly renovated, and the staff is really friendly. Very convenient too since it's a little off the beaten path at the Colvin/Sheridan intersection but just by a street. read more
