a dunkin donuts storefront with a no parking sign

I come to this Duncan perhaps once in a month or once in three weeks. And when Covid started, like everybody else they went to drive-through only. Then the opened up again, but now they're back to drive-through only. Unfortunately the drive-through takes forever. So the lines are long and they don't seem to move very quickly. My suggestion would be for the folks that have those complicated orders have them pull aside and have someone run their order out so that you can get the rest of us through that have just a coffee.

This is my receipt. The cream cheese on my bagel is from my own fridge bc I got garden veggie and these both only came w butter

This dunkin is trash. I asked for 2 everything bagels double toasted with butter and cream cheese on one and butter and garden veggie cream cheese on the other and I got charged for cream cheese and only got butter on my barely toasted bagels. I'm gonna spend my money at Starbucks because at least they're competent enough to get my order right. Do better, Dunkin.

Come here at least a few times a week for my fix. Five stars!! They always have my coffee ready when I order ahead

2 days in a row ! White cream donut ... except there's not a drop of filling !

I guess this must be the norm! So I go to this establishment and get 2 white cream donuts and an OJ . I go about 2-3 times a week . I get 2 white cream donuts and an Orange juice/Apple juice . Two times in 3 days both donuts have no cream ! So I take a couple days off from donuts and get a bagel thinking maybe it's a bad string .... NOPE. Went again today and nothing again . I go to this location because they have the powdered sugar ones that I like . So I'm not one to usually call and complain as I have been in this industry for 30 years and 12 years running a bakery . So I attempt to call and her an automated service saying to punch in the code for their corresponding restaurant. So main st is a code and Delaware has a code so I hear the code for Sheridan dr location and punch it in . It says please hold while we connect you .. wait 10 seconds and it sends me back to the original automated message . So you can't even call to complain ! I've posted in here a couple other times about this place but evidently they don't check up on it or most likely don't care ! Avoid the donuts at this location !

This place is so slow and my drink is always either too weak or too strong. Once I got a sandwich and it was still cold in the middle!

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Stopped in here to kill time before an appointment after seeing the high ratings, but unfortunately…read morethe experience didn't live up to them. Most of my rating is based on the service. Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

The almond square reminded me a bit of an almond ring, with almond paste filling layered inside a flaky, tender, buttery pastry. It had that rich almond flavor without being overly sweet, and the texture was spot on. The pistachio snack cake was soft, moist, and delicately nutty--simple but really satisfying. Almost teacake-like. The cranberry orange scone brought a nice contrast with bright citrus flavor and tart cranberries throughout. It had a great crumb and just the right balance of sweetness and tang. Loved the dried orange pieces. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. Definitely a spot worth stopping by if you're in the mood for excellent pastries!

My only suggestion would be to please separate the bagels a little better! An onion from an everything bagel somehow found its way onto my cinnamon raisin bagel. While I appreciate bagels making new friends, onion and cinnamon raisin are not a flavor combination I'd recommend. That little mix-up aside, the bagels were yummy and I'd definitely be back!
