Bagels are all super fresh and service is excellent. Sandwich combos are all delicious and filling making for an excellent breakfast. I wish the hashbrowns were a bit crispier as I like the typical flat crispy hashbrowns but still delicious

I had to go check out the place that took over for Bagel Jays. I stopped in on my way to a day of meetings and just wanted a usual sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich to get the day off right. I ordered my sandwich on an everything bagel, and an iced tea. The iced tea was not the greatest and I did have to add a couple sugars to it just to get it to a good spot. Usually I can drink unsweet or sweet tea but this one just needed a lil sugar. The sandwich was great! I liked the double wrap on the sandwich with everything cut. Made it super easy to eat on the go. The bagel was good! It had a lot of seasonings on it which was nice. It had a good crunch and was chewy. I'd say it was good overall. It might crack the top 10 as far as breakfast sandwiches in the area are concerned. But it's close.

Looking for a different choice for lunch today. Gave Bruegger's a try. I ordered the western brisket bagel sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. It was topped with red and green peppers along with red onions - all thinly sliced. Topped with chipotle mayo. It was delicious! I wish there would have been a little more meat. I ordered through the app. My order was ready when I arrived. Quick. The restaurant is bright and inviting.

Service was quick. The food was Ok. Ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel. Cheese could have been melted not just soft and egg was peppery and took up half the sandwich. Not somewhere I'd go out of way to visit I was just in the area.

This chain/franchise bagel shop took over for locally owned Bagel Jay's (so sad to see Bagel Jay's go). They remodeled the inside and did a nice job. The service was friendly and fast. Now...onto the most important part...the bagels! I ordered a pumpernickel bagel , not toasted, nor sliced with a side of onion-chive cream cheese. The bagel was mediocre at best. The pumpernickel flavor was lacking and extremely mild. The consistency and density was just ok. The cream cheese was in a tiny plastic cup that is only enough for spreading on one side of the bagel. It also was just ok. The flavor tasted artificial and tangy and was thinner consistency to me. I will come back and try one of their breakfast or lunch sandwiches as those seem to be a bigger hit.

Tried the Sriracha Honey Sunrise breakfast sandwich and really liked it! The bagel had a nice crunch to the outside and tasted really fresh. Service was friendly and fast.

As a fan of the former Bagel Jay's which once occupied this location, I was mixed with the experience at Bruegger's. Bagel Jay's was in desperate need of a renovation and Bruegger's provided that update.. with one exception the restrooms were beyond filthy, like they had not been deep cleaned for years. Just gross, and with that in mind, what does the kitchen and bakery look like?! A huge YIKES for a "remodel"... On to lunch. It is counter service and the cashier was friendly. We ordered a couple bagel sandwiches. I felt that the bagels were a bit better than Bagel Jays, but the overall sandwich was just "okay". We will not be rushing back anytime soon.

Maybe worst bagel I've ever had.

The minute we walked in-he was engaging and trying to fill our mouths with the delicious food that he prepares. This in itself is so special and satisfying. The shop is warm and inviting. It's simple, clean, and fresh. The meatballs were so delicious and flavorful, and the bread was fresh in the truest form of flavor. The salad was packed with so many different Italian combinations of garnish that it was a meal in itself! The rice balls were shared with a local bartender on the way home and they were a big hit! Again, the owner went above and beyond to fill our bags to the brim. The food was cooked from the freshest ingredients. He is also giving cooking lessons and will be implementing the "real Italian" pasta soon! Cannot recommend this establishment enough.

The roast beef is so tender, they give you a good portion on the roll and there's a nice flavor, leaves me salivating. It's been quite sometime since I had one, I finally had some time and stopped at this location. I regret to say I'm disappointed in myself because I was stopping for a roast beef and ended up making the mistake of being spontaneous and ordered the grilled BBQ prime rib sandwich. I'm sorry, I didn't like it. So, this sandwich costs $15.99 (comes with nothing extra), it was also on a roll, there was no BBQ sauce (I assumed there would be) but it was just dry, plain, devoid of much flavor, they topped it with provolone cheese, a couple pieces of peppers and some onions but it didn't hit the spot for me. The Costanzo roll was overbearing. I learned a valuable lesson today, "stick with what you love about the place!" So, I'll be back for that roast beef another day. The inside is reminiscent of the local 80's fast food joints of Buffalo, I would call it a little shack. You walk in, lean back, look up at the menu, order and walk around to pay and pick up your food. There is a small seating area, a few booths to sit a party of four. Pick up your food at the counter after they call your name. Nothing fancy, just a quick little spot to eat.
