I stopped into this location on the way to help out a friend that lives nearby. The staff: They are so involved with their own personal conversations that they did not notice that I came into the store. After an order alert rang then they noticed that I was there. They do not have the welcoming feeling, nor do they greet you. They also do not thank you or give you a receipt. Hashbrowns: They were cooked to the perfect temperature. Turkey sausage on a croissant: I got this on a croissant with no cheese or egg. The lady burnt the croissant to the point where I cannot eat it and had to throw it away. This was very disappointing, and I did not have time to tell them to remake it as I was late to my friends already. Caramel Macchiato: I got the hot caramel macchiato and it just tasted like water. There was barely any caramel taste or sugar taste at all. Overall: This location needs to pay more attention to the customers. They should also pay more attention to the food when cooking it so it does not get burnt. read more

Horrible customer service... ordered thru the app and when i got there they said the item was sold out ... i asked for a refund or a gift card to replace the items that were sold out but kept denying the refund and kept insisting i take something else. This dunkin is terrible. Any time I order either through the app or in person there is always a problem with my order. I understand that it is super busy in the AM but that doesn't excuse from the employees from being nice or helpful. They always have attitudes and the food is subpar at best. Due to me working so close to this dunkin it's the only option at best. I have a food allergy and I tell them I'm allergic to milk yet they still proceed to put milk in my latte. They will proceed to gossip about the customer in front of them instead of taking accountability for their errors. Literally everyone in this town will agree that this is the WORST DUNKIN! They need new management or a whole new team in order for this place to thrive and see more traffic. read more

I never write reviews but i'm Highly disappointed!! There were multiple strands of hair found INSIDE my wake up wrap. None of the employees had hair nets nor gloves while touching the food, especially after touching money , phone, cash register. read more

If you like Dunkin' Donuts this place will do. They are not necessarily the fastest nor the most welcoming of all the Dunkin' Donuts in the area. But if you need your DD fix and willing to tolerate OK service with the hope of you get what you ordered and can't really make it to the one you always go to, like mentioned before, this place will do. read more

Flat out rude. I order the same coffee the same way in all locations of Dunkin but for some reason this is location have an issue with making it the way I like. This is my second time to this location being as thou I'm new to the area. But I'll rather travel alil further to get my coffee as I like and to not be treated rudely. I think when a customer has more than one drink, it should be asked if you would like a cup holder. And you shouldn't slam ppl things down because they ask for a cup holder and practically tossed it across the counter. I asked her to make my coffee as I have ordered it with extra Carmel I paid for. I recently was there to get an iced tea. While waiting in line there was a senior citizen buying a donut. I overheard the conversation between the customer and server. The senior citizen couldn't see well and the server showed very little patience or any at all. Moving forward he ordered 9 donuts but Dunkin' was charging the guy for 12. This makes no sense! I strongly encourage anyone reading this to try the Dunkin' on Rt. 1. Better service and they offer specials after 4:00pm. read more

I was kind of a regular here for the last couple of years, however my experience on Saturday was enough to drive the extra miles out of the way to go to Starbucks going forward. I ordered a toasted almond coffee, it took forever to get it since the order before mine kept getting messed up. Finally get it after 15 min of standing there, it tasted like burnt perfume (guessing imaginative). I tell the girl at the counter that I wanted a refund, I didn't even leave the place with it, explained what it tastes like. She starts laughing & grabs the girl next to her to laugh about it more. There supposed to open at 5am but never are ready to sell anything at least until 520. Ovens always need to be warmed up so be prepared to wait and don't bother complaining to the posted email on door for complaints you'll never receive an apology or response of any kind from management. read more
