I dont go to the Shell gas station in Dunkirk anymore because of one male employees' nasty…read moreattitude. I really liked their fried chicken and would stop frequently for gas and for chicken but no more! The nasty male employee actually was mad when customers came into the store to purchase items. I witnessed him turning off the lottery machine and telling the other employee that he was doing it because people should be staying at home because of the pandemic. He told customers it was broke. Not caring that I was there and could hear that lie. That was the 2nd time I witnessed his disrespect for paying customers, so I go to the Shell in Prince Frederick to use my Giant points. Too bad they dont have the chicken there.

Three times before I was given an answer on warranties and they never did answer on what banks they used . Then of course the following day a manager calls. They let Associates go like doing spring cleaning. When these a**es first came here, I trained a new Manager. A month later the new manager handed me my radio and said "your last day was your last shift". Nice! Worked there 2-3 years and trained that idiot just to be let go like that. BTW that trained manager was fired later for theft!

I got my flat on Thursday (Mar 3rd) and had my replacement tire ordered same day. It came in today and was replaced in a little more than one hour from when I dropped it off. Special thanks to the front desk ladies who took my order quickly, and to Carpenter for not scratching up my rim while replacing my tire! This isn't the first time gotten bad Slurpees from this location. My wife and brother in-law got…read moreupset stomachs from the last time they got slurpees from there. Tonight we went with a open mind but sadly it was again a let down the slurpees smelled so strongly of rotten eggs we didn't even dare to even try it. So we just went to the cooler to get bottled drinks. We ended up with Brisk which is 2 for 2 and got some snacks and went to pay. My wife noticed that we got 2 for 2 on one set of Brisk but not on the second pair. So when we brought it to the cashiers attention he didn't understand so we took two/three minutes to explain then he said o but what came out I can't fix. Are you kidding me...my wife just said he's not willing to fix it lets just go so we left. We will not I repeat we will not be going back to this location again and we love 7-11.
