Coast to the side of the road, do the basic checks and find the coach is dead. Fortunately being a wise old guy I have AMA coverage so call them and wait as they search 2 provinces for recovery and eventually find a company 4 hours away willing to come recover us at 11PM. 3am they arrive and after a few attempts realize the coach is too low at the front to be recovered so leave and AMA accept that they cannot help but advise to find a roadside repairer and they will pay the travel. So we wait till 8am on Saturday morning and start calling around and no one is available, until we get hold of Clayton at Badlands, who, has a quick call around to find a suitable laptop to do the programming, if needed, heads out to meet us. No mess, no fuss, within 30 mins of my call this guy is on the road and coming to help. Within 90 minutes of arrival he has diagnosed the issues and resolved them and got us happily and safely back on the road. Excellent Service and Support and a really nice chap too. I cannot fault this company. As for Value for Money: Clayton explained the charges before he even left his home, he was clear and honest, did a good job and is well worth what he charges.
