This is the worse place to even try and I mean try to go to traffic school.I have been calling for weeks to get ahold of someone. no one everrrrrrrr answers. and the voice mail is alwaysssssss full so you cant even leave a message.I have tried every single day calling hoping some one would answer and nothing. it even says send a e mail to try to get some one to call you.I have sent several and still as of yet nooooooo one has got back to me.I hope this place shuts down. worse place ever very bad business shame on you guys for doing that to people who needed your service. people dont even waste your time with this idiots. read more

Be patient with this process with this driving school. The owner passed, there is a guy Ty taking over the training. Rick was always very reliable so when he was not answering phones, or at his place of Buisness, as well as an old message on the answering machine, I felt something was wrong. Bummer for sure! This guy is a joke. I called him April 2021 when my son received his pink slip after completing the course. He quoted me $250 over the phone. Told me the next step was for my son to get his permit and to call him back for enrollment. My son now has his permit in hand. I spoke with him last night to enroll. He asked me what price he told me over the phone. I told he he told me $250. He laughed and said "I haven't charged $250 in over 2 years." Mind you, my friends daughter enrolled with him in May 2021 and paid $250 for his schooling, which I told him. His response was "I'm not going to sit here and debate with you, I charge $299 and have not charged $250 in over 2 years." I thanked him for returning my call and hung up. He is completely RUDE. I wouldn't have mind paying the extra $49 to enroll my son. It's quite clear that he doesn't always quote everyone the same because he asked me what fee he quoted me. The reason I was going to enroll my son with this company is because he is local. I will be enrolling my son with another driving school that is further away and cost more. He will not be receiving a penny from me. read more

This place is so rude I called then to see if they wanted to be a vendor for my daughters school where the school will pay them to do behind the wheel training and the guy said no and hung up on me called back to tell him he didn't have to hang up on me and he did it again I will not even send my daughter there if I have to pay for it myself. read more

We chose this school because it was closest to our home and had ok reviews. When we showed up to pay and sign up, they signed off on my son's permit, so we could start driving with him right away. I thought this was odd since he hadn't had any formal instruction yet, but he was excited, so I went ahead and scheduled his first lesson. They were not happy about doing an afternoon (3:00 pm) appointment. They wanted to do morning, however, it was May and my son was in school. They also weren't happy about picking him up at our home (although I thought that was part of the service and we are in their geographical area). I should have seen those things as red flags. So, my son was picked up on his day. No one came to the door. They called him out from our driveway. To our shock, he returned an hour later (aren't the classes 2 hours long?). Again, no one came to the door, so we couldn't ask how he did, what he needed to work on, and when his next class was. When my husband called to inquire about these things, the man on the phone actually said my son needed a lot more practice before he could go out again and that he needed to be isolated. Um, I thought all students were isolated. And of course, he needs LOTS of practice. He is 15 and hasn't driven before. That is what we are paying this school for. My husband argued that we are paying them to teach my son to drive, and we as parents will reinforce the skills taught. However, the person on the phone said we needed to work with him for awhile first and actually called my son a "shitty driver". That really upset my husband and me. We were concerned this man would be mean to our son (because of his horrible language and irritation). So, my husband asked for a refund of the unused 5 hours, and the man said: "Sorry, no refunds". I waited a month to make another appointment, mainly to let the situation cool down. I called today, and the man, again, seemed irritated with scheduling, and super irritated when I asked if we could schedule all the remaining classes going forward. He wanted to do one, and then schedule later (a month or more apart) because "he has lots of time". I explained that he had 5 hours remaining (the man tried to tell me four, but I reminded him that he only had one-hour last time and we paid for 6) and I don't want to wait until testing time to finish. He reluctantly scheduled two classes for me (but wouldn't schedule the final hour yet) and then felt the need to tell me if my son didn't show up he was charging me $70 more. Really?? I was so irritated with his attitude, we called another driving school in Rancho with much better reviews and scheduled all six hours. We had to pay (for a second time) but feel like the other school will be much more professional and better quality. I asked Dun Rite what their curriculum was (what skills were taught and focused on during each session) and the man didn't tell me. I was confused as to why he didn't want to schedule all classes with me ahead of time like I wanted to do. So, this leads me to believe he isn't following a curriculum or set of skills each session. I truly believe he wants to take the money, have the parents teach their child how to drive, and they can just chaperone a few times with little to no formal instruction. The new school scheduled all three days almost back to back. They told me they can do all at once or spread them out in any manner I would like. Dun Rite would not do that. The new school explained what skills are taught and focused on during each two-hour session. Dun Rite would not do that when I asked. The new school explained that all sessions are one-on-one. Dun Rite told me because my son was a "shitty driver" he needed to be isolated and one-on-one. I am so disappointed that we gave them our money. read more

This school is great. I passed my driving test on my 1st try! They care that you pass. Ty is a great instructor. He is very assertive, he will tell you what you're doing wrong and make sure you get it in your head. Awesome school. Thanks again! Made a big step step in life thanks to this school. read more

The owner is very unprofessional, arrogant and rude. Once you pay in full for all four lessons, it is very difficult to schedule the already paid for lessons. The instructor answered a personal phone call while my son was driving at his first lesson. The instructor was using his hands to give instructions while he talked on the phone; causing my son to have to take his eyes off of the road to see what the instructor was motioning. VERY unsafe and I was very uncomfortable and upset when I heard that my son was in this dangerous situation. The instructor didn't make any notes about the lesson so the owner or instructor didn't know what was taught and what still needed to be taught. We did not want our son to return for any further classes and they refused to give us our money back for the remaining 3 classes! We wasted our money!! We have 3 other kids and are now looking for another driving school. read more

I just passed my driving test thanks to Ty at Dunn Rite. They were so helpful and taught me how to drive in real world situations. I really appreciate the patience they had with me. If your looking for a school in this area go here, they're awesome read more
