I requested custom rolling shelves to be installed in my master bathroom and a spot on the wall to be painted over where it chipped. I was informed that it would be doable to be completed by 23 November 2024. It was understood that I paid half the estimate upfront to deposit and then pay the remainder when the work is complete. So I paid half upfront to deposit; amount was $1,860.00. On the planned completion date, I received a text message that there is a family emergency and they requested if the completion date can be pushed back to 24 November 2024. I said to that the new date is fine. And then the family emergency is extended, and extended, and extended thru Friday, 6 December 2024 and then thru Saturday, 7 December 2024. We agreed that the work will be completed firmly by no later than Sunday, 8 December 2024. By this point I have been more than reasonable and accommodating to the life situation that they are going Through. On 10 December 2024, and I verified that there has been no work done at all on the shelves or the painting job. I called, texted, and emailed the team with no response. I had discovered the nature of the emergency; so of course it's a traumatic experience. Also, at the same time, I am working in a tight budget. I cannot just throw away $1,860.00. By the end of December, the shelves and paint job were take care of by another person. On 15 January 2025, they informed me that they are taking care of the refund; first tried Zelle, then Venmo and did not work, so we agreed on a cashier's check sent to me. The cashier's check was mailed to me on 28 January 2025. And since January 28th 2025, no further updates; complete silence. I send one final message expressing my frustration and anger with the refund process on 17 February 2025; and then two days later on 19 February 2025, they finally reach back out to me ONLY after I initiated the follow up message. They tell me the refund check was mailed back to the office; this information I did not know, so at this point, I am dissatisfied more that they did not reach out back to me to close out the refund process. On 19 February 2025, they confirm with tracking number from UPS that the refund check is mailed to me to my correct mailing address. I received the package from UPS. However, upon opening the check is not in the mailer; there is only a neon green envelope with '1900.00 Refund' written on the outside. I noticed the green envelope was ripped in one corner and the mailer was also ripped in one corner. At this point, I still haven't received the refund. So, we agreed to send the check via USPS instead. We confirmed with tracking number that the check was mailed via USPS on 5 March 2025. On 14 March 2025, I received the mailer. Inside the mailer package, the check was not there. Instead, there was a Customs and Declaration Form and their business card. No refund check. At this point, we have utilized two forms of mailing technique without success. So, understandably, I asked them to provide the refund electronically either via Zelle or Venmo. I have no word of whether or when my deposit will be refunded, since that is the honest and professional thing to do. At the end of the day, it is poor customer service. However, the men who installed the countertop said that they would send someone out to repair the damage. The offer of $150 discount was made toward our next project. This does not fix the problem We would have to spend more money with them to get the discount. So is it really a discount? No it is not. I can not enjoy my new bathroom renovation because every time I look at my bathroom the first thing I see is the damaged wall and damaged door frame. Do not use this company they don't care about their client satisfaction.

We are very happy with the results that look like they belong and were always part of the well-installed design. Our main drawback was in details about how they organize themselves. For example, they never told us, nor did any of their paperwork indicate that you have to come in and authorize the installation after you made the purchase, and they had come out to measure, and you signed stuff then, too. So we kept calling and calling about when the installation was going to happen, and they could never give us a date. We had to come in to learn that they had not scheduled us because they wanted us to come in and sign more paperwork. Only none of the people we talked to seemed to think they needed to share that. The phone number on the top of the form is to another location where they don't pass information along to this location. One guy was bragging about how he had been there for years and knew all their processes inside and out, but he had never noticed the phone number on the top of the form he uses every day was wrong. The showroom has lots of examples, but it feels sparse because the space is really too big for the displays they have on hand. In the end, we were very happy with the installation, and the quality of work was great, but the sales process has a lot of bugs and bad processes that are easily fixed if anyone took the time to care about it. I'm sure they lose sales for a lack of clear directions straightforward paperwork, and it really should all be available online. There is no reason to make us drive into the store anymore.

In a panic started looking for other options, happened to stumble across this place and went in and talked to Loren. He was very upfront and educated me on what product would be best for a rental even though it wasn't the most expensive option. He even pointed us to a color option that would look great with our kitchen. He came out the following day and conducted the initial measurement. From the time I walked into the store until installation it was about 2 weeks. This was very fast and Loren is very responsive. We now have Granite counter tops that look great and weren't much more expensive than the Laminate quote from Lowe's. Highly recommend this place and would definitely do business with Loren again!
