Like robots with e-mail... that have no clue what's going on. No one has NO idea who you talked to or what they said and their e-mails don't make any sense. They say they will call you right back and DON'T. Waste of time and energy, thankful that I didn't give them even a dime! Communication is frustrating because the…read morecompany utilizes a "reply all" method for emails so the client does not have a project manager or go-to person and I spoke with numerous contacts. Our one day project turned into 2.5 days (which I found out about half way through day one): 2 days for the original project and another couple hours for repairs/corrections. After everything was completed, I'm still finding paint splatters on our floor, missed patchwork, poorly done patches, and some paint inconsistencies. I wish we would have done the work ourselves or left it alone and not repainted.
