I was able to find everything I need and so impressed with the prices especially for organic produce, even compared to superstore, some of the prices are lower and very fresh. Their weekly sales flyer is so worth it too! I love how clean the store is, there's lot of parking out front, cashiers are nice. Will definitely be back! :)

In fact we shop there until our own produce is ready in our large garden, and it's every bit as scrumptious. You can drive up the greenhouse drive or skip the commute and meet them at one of the many farmers markets listed in the locations section. Well... Hard core TOers will need to schlep it north of 7... Really you can't see the edge of the world from there... And every department has amazing people working to help you find and buy what you're looking for - there's the amazing John and his team in the produce department who make sure all the gorgeous organic vegetables and fruits are at their very best; there's fabulous Anna, Jan, Jordan, Dayle, Mark, Yulia, and Michael at the deli counter, all professional, friendly, and ready to help you take home some of the many fresh deli meats and vegan options, and delights and treats of all kinds. You can even get a hot and fresh spelt or gluten-free pizza made by the incredible Barbara or Ricky. And in the kitchen, wonderful Peter and Scott and a crew of amazing chefs and cooks create incredible dishes and soups to enjoy in-store or to take home. In the grocery section, the fantastic Jeremy and Elaine and a team of other hardworking colleagues keep stock on the shelves and keep everything organized and accessible--Nature's even has a large and varied selection of organic nuts and dried fruits. And over in the incredible supplement section, the very knowledgeable Bev, Linda, and Olivia, to name a few, are our constant go-tos for information on vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and for the wide range of other products available. And Karen and her team do a fabulous job of looking after all the health and beauty products in the store. And when you've filled up your cart and are ready to check-out, you have a team, including the incredibly efficient Pinar, Swapma, and Jacob, to ring all your groceries up and check you out. Silence would be IDEAL, like at Costco where thus I prefer to shop. Here, music constantly blares into your ears & head as you try to focus on shopping. Makes me want to spend as little time as possible there. I went once last week, and don't ever want to return. Plus, call me different, but I don't want food that's been subject to weeks of music that doesn't suit; I suspect it can subtly change the food's makeup to affect you psychically. So, foods with a low-turnover rate that sit around there for long, no thanks. On the plus side, they do have a large variety of good food.

Weekend grocery shopping here is quiet and not as crowded as in most other supermarkets, making it a pleasant experience. I love the variety of products they offer - lots of high-quality, gluten-free, organic, and vegan products and brands that are not commonly found in most other mainstream grocery stores. There are bulk nuts, tempeh, hummus, and the biggest variety of plant-based milks and nut butters I have seen in any supermarket. The bags they provide for produce are compostable. They have tables and seating areas for eating, and a gender-neutral and wheelchair-accessible washroom. Limited-time parking is available in the underground private parking lot.
