In the last five years, I've called these guys more than I've called my own parents. Clogged drains? Snaked. Garbage disposal sounding like a blender full of rocks? Replaced. Sink basin cracked in half like Moses parted it? Handled. Entire HVAC system wheezing its last breath? Ripped out and swapped like a bad organ transplant. If my house had a medical chart, Jolly Plumbing would be its full-time surgeon. I'm a member now--which basically means I've given up pretending my home is ever going to behave, and instead I've put Jolly Plumbing on speed dial like an overworked ER nurse. And let me tell you: every single time, they show up fast, fix the problem, and manage to do it all while being--you guessed it--jolly. We ran into a problem with the AC drain overflowing to our kitchen ceiling in the second floor. We called Tarvin for help as we needed someone soon. Dave came over the next day and we got service at a reasonable price. Dave not only fixed our problem but spent time helping us figure out how to prevent the issue from happening again. He took us step by step through the process and even explained that it's actually pretty normal to have some buildup in the pvc pipes from dripping water lines. This was above and beyond and much appreciated. And we weren't gouged the service. When this happened we were concerned because we have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past. Tarvin is our go to plumber from here on out.

Customer service was absolutely fantastic and Tyler W. was accommodating and gave us clear explanations as to what was wrong. We received a text message with a picture of the employees so we knew who to expect and what they looked like. Arlinghaus has to send another worker out to discuss prices on a new furnace. Tyler was able to get our furnace working temporarily as we look into buying a new furnace. It cost $89 for him to come out and diagnose the problem. They will remove this from any extra work they may need to do. Unfortunately, in the end we could not afford even the lowest option they had for a furnace. They use a top furnace line brand and are more expensive then the national average. This was the only draw back for me that it was to expensive and I did not want to enter into a loan for a $7,000 furnace when the average homeowners pay is $3100. Regardless, they were transparent and did not pressure me into anything we didn't want to do. I highly recommend Arlinghaus for their professionalism and honesty with their customers.

My system was running well and did not need any service, when the Technician left, my system was not operating the same as when he started, My Central Air was not cooling my house and the system blower sounded different. I have lived in my house long enough to know how it sounds and feels, The person who worked on my system created the problem in order to create a service call and an unnecessary bill for a problem that he inserted. This is not the way to maintain customers or good reviews. If your service is not broken, the service person should not be out generating revenue. I was very concerned when he was measuring the amount of Freon as I heard a loud hiss as the vapors were being released. BTW, the same service person bypassed a safety cut-off device in my furnace last winter and, I had to buy the electrical device and reinstall it for the safety of my home. I am very dissatisfied with their procedures.
