On the day of service the plumber arrived at the time scheduled, was courteous, respectful of the property, and very efficient. He ensured the work area was as clean after the job as it was before he began. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. PS I actually called them a while back when a "hair wig" broke in my new pipes and slid down the drain, I was worried it would collect debris and form a clog and they reassured me that it probably just went out to the sewer, but if it ever does clog, he gave me an estimate. Didn't charge me a "house call" fee knowing things would be OK, and they have been for 3+ years. I may have even called them a 2nd time without hiring when the valves to my outside pipes sprung a leak, but my BF fixed it... again Copper Pipe was patient and not annoyed at my calling without hiring, said I could get them in if we couldn't fix it. So when my hot water heater broke and I needed a professional to fix it, I knew who to call. It is a great feeling knowing I have a plumber I can trust (competent, fast, won't rip me off) who can help me tackle any plumbing problem I have, and lucky for me they are only 5 minutes away. We just bought the home in April of 2025 and the water softer was not running when we moved into the house. Once I turned it on, we lost all water pressure. Josh gave me an estimate to have it replaced. My wife did not feel it was needed. The 2nd issue was a faulty install of the previous owners to a hand held shower wand in the Master Bath. When turned on, it would run water into the basement. Josh had to cut a hole in the wall of the water closet to get to the issue, which was a gas pipe installed where a water pipe should have been installed, as an extension. The other issue was a slow drain in the kitchen. Josh and his brother snaked out the drain and found the previous owners had been dumping their grease down the drain. He got as much grease as he could with the snake and then dumped a bottle of Dawn Dishwashing liquid down the drain to break down the grease further down the drain system. Josh's price was extremely fair and I will use him for ALL my plumbing needs.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using Kramer Plumbing based on my recent…read moreexperience. The company was sent by my Warranty Company. I don't typically write reviews but since I received a text message from the company urging me to I thought well why not. First, once the technicians arrived, the conversation immediately turned into additional upsells and extra charges beyond the original scope. Be aware of this because what starts as one repair can quickly turn into multiple suggested add-ons. During the visit, they removed and adjusted my dishwasher area. After they left, I discovered that the cabinet alignment and surrounding wood panel were damaged/misaligned, something that had never been an issue before. The dishwasher had previously been installed properly and fit tightly in the cabinet space. When I reported the issue and asked them to come back to correct it, the company denied responsibility and stated that it "was like that before" or that it required "trim work," despite the fact that the problem only appeared after their work. Even more concerning, after telling me they would not return to correct the issue, technicians later showed up at my house unannounced while I wasn't home. That was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Ultimately, the warranty company had to step in and reimburse me so I can hire someone else to fix the damage. The only reason I let it go. My advice to anyone considering this company: Take photos before work begins Be cautious of upselling once technicians arrive Be aware that if something goes wrong, getting accountability may be difficult I'm sharing this so other homeowners can make an informed decision. I'll never use them again and I'm letting my 168K followers on social media know never to use them. And I see how the company responds to these reviews instead of apologizing for how their customers are treated they instead jump immediately to defense mode. Unprofessional and disgusting. Just be ware they show up to your house unannounced. If a company calls and client doesn't answer that's not permission to just show up especially after they already stated it wasn't their problem. And nothing further was scheduled bc at that point I was dealing w the Warranty Company. A complete lack of accountability for damaging my cabinet. If I could give zero stars I would have. Oh I paid them out of pocket and was reimbursed by the Warranty company after going back and forth for days. If you pay out of pocket I'd suggest calling your financial institution to file a dispute on any damages that occur. Hope this helps.
