Other contractors we've had in the home (from plumbers to electricians) have left messes for us to clean up or failed to show up when promised. McCuin didn't do any of that. The Harman they sold us has been an amazing stove that's given us no problems over the years. It heats the entire house and has virtually eliminated our need to rely on more expensive propane. The wood stove we have in the basement and the pellet stove in our living room has been more than enough. After this very long, cold winter, it started making a horrible squealing noise on Monday, fingernails on the chalkboard bad, and they had someone out within a day to look at it. The same guy who installed it came out and fixed it. Turned out a bearing in the auger was going. That they had the part on the truck and fixed it right there and then definitely impressed us. If you're looking for a pellet stove, I have nothing but high praise for the guys at McCuin and highly recommend them.

Burlington HS just outlawed them during the day and I suggest local retailers do the same. Saving precious customer time by asking them right away if they can help is not a throwback to another time, it's good customer service. Two products on my list of "only buy this brand, or I must DIY", which isn't easy to do while traveling, and making my own socks definitely isn't happening, and receiving shipments on the road is rough. So, thank you, Guys, for carrying some of the best and hard to find products, and while located in a small town in a small state! I appreciate that they had some SAMPLES offered as well, and I do wish that ALL pet food companies and/or stores themselves, would provide samples of ALL of their food products! My dream!!!!!!!!!!! Pet treats especially, are FAR more expensive than human treats, and mainly for me: Having just one 9# senior dog (PICKY, SO SO SO PICKY) and while having many complex health issues to include severe gut issues and severe allergies, and life on the road.... I throw a lot out already, on top of the constant dietary changes as needed and preferences ......... Okay- so, any pet food store would HATE ME if I took them up on any offer to return opened pet foods she's not wanting to eat. You'd BAN ME from your store. So, stores providing SAMPLES ARE MY FAVORITE! Even if they were to cost some amount of money - (these provided here did not..) samples are so spectacular. YES TO SAMPLES! After suggesting we remove the mower from the box, he helped us rearrange the trunk and secure everything with a cord. Many thanks to you! The store is huge, organized and clean with good prices. I've even called ahead and been told items were in stock, only to show up and find nothing there. It's a complete waste of time and makes it hard to rely on this store at all. Do better with stock accuracy and communication.
