In early March I suffered a significant sinus infection that migrated to my ears, and, unfortunately, developed a slight tinnitus in my right ear due to the damage of swelling. My primary caregivers and ENT specialists were frankly baffled as nothing intrinsically was wrong, and a later MRI bore that out: whatever did the damage left no tangible trace other than the ringing, and a slight misalignment/wearing of my TMJ. When you fall between the cracks of primary care and specialized medicine's ability to readily heal you, you find yourself bereft of options and of hope. It sucks the life out of you. Nothing that once gave you joy does so any longer. It's a vicious spiral of despair. Especially when no one understands your pain or difficulty. After months and thousands of dollars of 2nd opinions and alternative medicine options, I called UA Family Chiro and they fit me into their schedule. Dr. Schram and his team treated my issue with seriousness and respect, and Dr. Schram's holistic and complete approach to treating not just the issue at hand but the individual experiencing it is a hallmark of how they treat their patients.
