This really didn't occur to me until recently when my favorite bandana went missing; then 2 days later an entire set Boll and branch sheets ( top sheet, bottom sheet and 2 pillow cases ) all went missing......then I realized I bought 4 pillow cases and all are now gone!! Prior to my scheduled appointment date an earlier appointment time opened up and I was contacted directly to see if that sooner time would work better for me. The team has been very punctual both times and the guys who came (Artie & Albi) are beyond professional. The cost of the service is definitely worth the value that they bring. I also have been using the cleaning products that G's retails and have found nothing that works better. Clean and efficient products that maintain my apartment/furniture in-between cleanings. I will continue to book G's for my cleaning services :)

I asked them for a recommendation thinking that would be the best way to go. When I got the rec, I called and spoke to a woman who had me run through what I wanted to have done. She said someone would be in touch with me either that day or the next. Two weeks later still no follow up. So I call back and she seems surprised and says she will follow up with me. She calls me back to tell me the person assigned to my estimate had called me multiple times but that the number wasn't working. Made no sense. It was my cell phone and she was calling me to tell me this, on that very same number! But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The estimator called me and we set up time for him to come evaluate the work that I needed done. I left work early to meet him. He seemed like a great guy and I was really pleased with our conversations around options for this work. He said he would be back to me by the following week with an estimate. 3 weeks later, NOTHING. So I call one more time and get a very rude and abrasive man on the phone. I could not remember the name of the person that came over. He kept pressing me shooting off all these possible names and physical descriptions. Finally I said, don't you have record of who came to my apartment? And he said yes he can look it up and will call me back. No call back. Shocker. It is unbelievable to me that I am chasing this company around so I can give them my business. They clearly do not want it and are clearly unreliable and dishonest. If the work was not something they were interested in they should have contacted me and said as much. If they needed more time to get me an estimate they should have contacted me to let me know as much, I have now wasted two months of time time waiting and chasing this ridiculous company around. Now I will find a contractor that actually wants my business and knows how to service a paying customer. If you are in the market for a contractor, stay away from Poler.

He left NO TRACE that he was ever there. He covered the furniture, cleaned the floor when he was done, and was the nicest, most polite person. I have a lot of workers coming in and out of our office, and he has to be one of the BEST we've ever had. If we have any more work done we will definitely request Juan specifically for the job. This review is being posted three months after the job was done so that I could give an honest assessment after the sugar high has passed and also as to how the work would hold up. First, the work looked great when they finished. My 20 + year old marble shower looked better than when it was new. These guys know marble. Some minor issues in grouting developed since then. They quickly returned to repair. Will knows his stuff and is a just a pleasure to have in your house. Vicky is a professional all the way; great advice, kept appointments and a smile you can hear over the phone. This is what I call a stand up business. Hire them with confidence.
