I had my second couch cleaning done this morning with G's and both experiences have been amazing. The entire team is very responsive. Prior to my scheduled appointment date an earlier appointment time opened up and I was contacted directly to see if that sooner time would work better for me. The team has been very punctual both times and the guys who came (Artie & Albi) are beyond professional. The cost of the service is definitely worth the value that they bring. I also have been using the cleaning products that G's retails and have found nothing that works better. Clean and efficient products that maintain my apartment/furniture in-between cleanings. They just never answer. If you do get them on the phone they will promise to get back to you and never will. Worked with them once, it took months to set it up due to their unresponsiveness. Second time I reached out to work with them (silly me) G told me he would look at his calendar and let me know (giving me false hope!). I have been trying to be in contact with them for weeks since then and they just ignore us. Its bizarre and frankly flat out rude and extremely unprofessional. If you dont need the business or you dont have time thats totally acceptable and fair but then dont lead us to wait around for an appointment that doesnt exist. One star is too much. George 9 months ago said he could clean my expensive drapery that he took from my home. He lied to me and destroyed my beautiful drapes. He then after several months offered to replace the drapes, and never did. He then lied to me again and told me he would send me a check for new drapes to replace the damaged ones. He lied to me several times about that too. He has my drapes and I have nothing!!! He is a lier and you cannot believe what he says. After owning 3 beautiful Tabriz rugs for countless years, It was time to have them cleaned. With 2 dogs and improper maintenance i Wasn't too sure if anyone even knew how to clean a Silk tabriz correctly so i did my research. I came across G's Carpet Cleaning, may i add GREAT WEBSITE, and was quickly aware of what their business motto was. i scheduled my free estimate and was met by the owner. The man knew his stuff let me tell you. After much discussion and feeling comfortable with his cleaning process I had them picked up. I have to say, the service from start to finish is as pristine and professional as it gets. When was the last time a service contractor took his shoes off at your door? anyway, long story short... the rugs come back after about 6-8 days and i was quite amazed. I had forgotten that the silk even shined at one point. The rugs looks quite new, the odor from the dogs was removed and i received complimentary padding. I have to say, I am big on professionalism, courtesy and people who keep it honest. These guys did all three and I have gone on to schedule my furniture and wood floors to them as well. Bait and switch provider!!! They provide a reasonable phone estimate as a ploy to book an appointment. When they arrive they pressure you into paying FOUR TIMES THE ESTIMATE!! I would give this business 10 stars if I could. Gentian contacted me very promptly after my inquiry, and came here the very next day. He not only cleaned my very dirty rug, which is made of carpet squares, but he disassembled it for cleaning and then taped it all back together in my apartment, at no extra charge. The rug was filthy but it looks great now. And he kept me posted all along, even sent me a video of my rug being cleaned. He went above and beyond and his price was very reasonable, especially considering all the extra work he did. He obviously takes pride in his work. I called G's at 11am and told them I needed my 90 year old mother's two bedroom apartment's carpet cleaned. I told them I needed it done that day, George was there at 1:30pm. He shampooed the apartment in a few hours. This carpet has never been cleaned in its 11 year life. George knocked off about 9 years of age. The amount of dirt picked up was incredible. George was super professional and helpful. I spilled a sugary drink on my mattress and then dumped a bunch of soapy chemicals on it and made it worse. He immediately responded to my request for a quote with a detailed understanding of what had happened and how it needed to be cleaned. He was able to come by my place the same day, within a few hours (faster than anyone else I found), and got the mattress steam cleaned and sanitized in probably about 40 minutes. He also called me in to show me exactly how he was cleaning it, as well as all the dirt he was able to pull out (a lot). I had such a fantastic experience with George! A crew of two and in 3 hours they cleaned: living room rug, sofa, master rug, master mattress and headboard, master bathroom wall and floor tiles, guest room rug, guest mattress, guest room wall and floor tiles, dining room rug, kitchen stools, counter tops and floors. There is nothing they can't clean!! The attention to detail is incredible (I have used Stanley Steamer in the past and there is no comparison). George makes his own cleaning products using natural and green ingredients (essential oils, vinegar, etc). Safe around children and pets. George is a man who LOVES to clean! He understands different types of carpeting and what method is best to clean them thoroughly. We have a dog and a fireplace (that we use often) in a room with a very light colored 13-year-old wool carpet. Even though we routinely take our shoes off, it gets soiled easily. It looks like brand new after George's shampooing of it today. Also he literally physically removed a very large high quality wool area rug from another room, saying it had to be washed several times in a "bath." No one has ever done that. I'm sure it's going to look amazing when he brings it back. He works quickly, neatly, and is extremely courteous. As if all that is not enough, his price is very reasonable for his work.
