I was really hoping this spa would be a place I could rely on for my fur baby. Overall, my experience was a three. The custtomer service was excellent. The hair cut for my fur baby was really awful. He had plugs of hair missing in so many areas. I know he is an active boy, and does not sit still, but I would expect a professional spa to know how to handle such a curious and active boy. I am determined to give them another chance unless I find another spot close by.

Dear Management at Eastlake Veterinary Services,…read more I am writing to formally document my profound dissatisfaction with the care provided by Dr. Hille leading up to the passing of our dog, Sookie Faith, on February 2, 2025. After sixteen months of reflection, I must address the incompetence and lack of compassion we experienced during her treatment for lymphoma. Despite Sookie's history of "senior moments" and front-leg weakness--which Dr. Hille dismissed--he prescribed NexGard during her chemotherapy. Only after Sookie suffered a fatal seizure did we discover that NexGard is contraindicated for pets with cognitive issues. While Dr. Hille later apologized via phone, admitting he wished he could retract that prescription, the error was catastrophic. Furthermore, the clinical environment during her final hours was deeply distressing. Prioritizing payment and paperwork while Sookie was actively seizing was inappropriate. Additionally, observing Dr. Hille eating in his office while we were led past with our dying pet demonstrated a disturbing lack of empathy. To be called shortly after returning home to settle a billing discrepancy was the final indignity in a five-year relationship with your clinic. I am sharing this so that our experience is on the record and to ensure that other families are spared such impersonal and negligent care during their most vulnerable moments.

At the moment I don't have enough time to write a comprehensive review but a favorable comment is long overdue!! I began taking my newly adopted middle-aged cat to Dr Seda about three years ago. There are fine vets all over East Dallas but I had experienced some significant disappointments with vets in recent years. I settled on Dr Seda through a process of elimination. So very glad I found him! First thing, this Vet is truly compassionate! Next, he is thorough and uses testing to guide diagnosis and prescribing decisions. Third, he offers a range of options when possible. Last, and for me, importantly, he runs his practice with an eye to keeping his fees accessible. He DEFINITELY goes out of his way to make sure his patients' needs are met. I am so grateful to have found Dr Seda before my dear adoptive cat started getting disorders of old age. When I walked in with my dog on the scheduled day she scolded me like a child with her arms folded and told me that I needed to make an appt with a vet not a tech and they had tried to contact me and I didn't respond. Well the phone number was not my current one. Perhaps the website should ask for a current contact number. That's not my fault. I told her she was being bitchy and didn't understand why she was being that way. I also told her that her crossed arms and accusatory tone of voice was not acceptable to a customer. She walked off and said she didn't want to see my face and a nice lady was willing to make an appt for the future for me and some young guy came out from the back and said that they would not allow me to make another appt. They turned away a sick dog just because this nasty woman has some sort of power or control over the office. Im sure reading past reviews that this has happened in the past. I hold the owner responsible for not counseling her on her behaviour in the past. I have found another clinic for my dog. This is unacceptable for a woman with these behaviours to continue there and if the owners condone that behaviour then I am happy this happened so I can go where customers are respected.
