Spent 2 hours on phone trying to speak with someone. I finally received a call saying "you haven't had your follow up appointment so we can't refill your prescription". Mind you, I have been on the same meds with the same dosage FOR YEARS. Second, my recent follow up appointment was canceled by the Dr office! Then the next appointment was during hurricane and canceled! Meanwhile, the pharmacy sent the request TWO WEEKS ago, no contact from the Dr office whatsoever stating there was any kind of issue! I was told they would send over a temporary supply only if I scheduled an appointment right that second. This office is horrible to deal, no patient focus whatsoever. Will hold your HEALTH HOSTAGE to make sure they get their appointment $$. You are JUST A DOLLAR SIGN here! STAY AWAY! I will be finding a new doctor in short order!

I had no idea she was billing my insurance for our brief conversation about my results. Overall felt weird not having the online portal to view my results and being billed when I was not aware of it. Felt more like an esthetician's spa than a clinic.
