I'm typically called up right away to register. They provide tea and water via a keurig while you wait. It's not really private as the cma will call your name and they weight you almost in front of everyone. You do go to a private room, and the CMA asks the typical questions. So far, the CMAs are not personable and seem like they don't want to be there. The doctors were a little better and pretty much get right to the point and diagnose you. After you're done, you pretty much leave. The doctors sit out in the open area and work on their notes after seeing you. I don't like that I do not receive any discharge papers and the lack of privacy at this chain of urgent care centers. HIPPA???

Mind you, I have been on the same meds with the same dosage FOR YEARS. Second, my recent follow up appointment was canceled by the Dr office! Then the next appointment was during hurricane and canceled! Meanwhile, the pharmacy sent the request TWO WEEKS ago, no contact from the Dr office whatsoever stating there was any kind of issue!
