I recently had a bracket break off and I went in today to get it fixed and must I say, Durham Orthodontics has the kindest and most friendly staff I have ever seen (especially Durham himself). The person who helped me today (I do not know her name but if you go to their website and go to About Us then Meet the Team, she is the one on the far left) was so nice and she treated me like a friend rather than just a patient. Not only are the staff extremely friendly, but not one time have they poked me or hurt me accidentally with the utensils like dentists usually do. Their braces are top notch, and the team is very supportive throughout your journey to straight teeth. We have had 2 appointments this year and have had excellent experiences each time! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxed. From the front door to the chairs in the back, there are smiles from everyone. The receptionists are wonderful to talk with and are very knowledgeable.
