I submitted info to update their address. I arrived for my appointment to see Dr. Franks. The new location has more room in each patient room and plenty of space to expand. The interior was spotless. I was called back on time and Dr. Franks came in to see me after her dental assistant took X-rays of my implants. We reviewed my x-rays and there was no change from the previous year. This means I am brushing and flossing properly and no areas of infection have cropped up. Yay! It was an infection that caused me to see Dr. Franks to begin with. If you have dental implants, it's a great idea to have them checked to prevent any unforeseen problems down the road. I didn't know this before my infection. I scheduled my next appointment to see Dr. Franks. I was able to see Maya, one of her first employees. She is as sweet and competent as ever. Dr. Franks gave me a water flossing tool and recommended I use it daily. That in conjunction with proper brushing and flossing will keep implants healthy going forward. I highly recommend Dr. Franks. She helps keeps smiles.

He did an excellent job on resolving issues with my gums and now I see him yearly for maintenance. Dr. Lane has a great chairside manner. Very caring and does not rush his exams. He makes recommendations and provides advice on maintaining healthy gums. My hygienist, Kathy, does a terrific job in analyzing my gum health and cleaning my teeth. She does an extensive cleaning and ensures I am comfortable. Staff is friendly and personable. Insurance filings with my primary and secondary insurance usually go without a hitch. If there is an issue, they work hard to resolve. They are good enough to file for me even though they are not a preferred provider with my primary insurance. It takes about three or four minutes, and you do not have to bite into those gross cardboard "wings" while getting your X-rays done. The implant was a perfect fit and I experienced zero issues. Dr. Limbaugh and his assistants actually listen and take the time to talk to me even though they are so busy. During the implant procedure if I experienced any pain they would address it immediately. They cared about my experience and comfort level. They did everything they could to make sure I felt as comfortable as I could be given the situation, lol! A doctor and his medical staff actually listening to a patient... a reasonable expectation to me, but this is not what I have experienced in the past with other dentists which were highly recommend it to me but we're absolutely horrible... so much so that now I immediately experience severe anxiety when visiting a dentist. Dr. Limbaugh understood and did all he could to make this experience a great one. I have finally found a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with in fact I'm transferring my son's dental care from pediatric dentistry to Dr. Limbaugh. I gave them the tooth number and they gave me prices for the root canal and crown. We go in today and they tell us they can't do his root canal and gave him a prescription for an antibiotic. So we wasted $73 on a visit to receive information we already knew and $10 gas to travel there. If he wanted an antibiotic he would have just went back to the previous dentist!!! They knew the tooth number so it wasn't like they didn't know it was a molar!
