With our first contact with Bonnie to learn the chair was under warranty, and scheduling the repairs; To trouble shooting multiple times, in person and over the phone, with the technician Bill who could not have been nicer and more helpful and who contacted the chair manufacturer to find solutions and get the parts and then to his home visit to repair and the call before his arrival so someone was available. These people care about their customers and more importantly about the people (our mom specifically)who are impacted when those resources and equipment need repaired. Very Helpful and the best. It will be another $385 to install the broken part when it comes in. $770 is a big pill to swallow. Not sure if we'll owe anything for the part. Please ask questions about labor costs before purchasing a warranty on your item so you're not shocked like we were when you go to use it. In our case it is a lift chair and we need a new control box. It's stuck in a very uncomfortable position so we hope to hear soon that it's ordered and delivered to the store. We plan to pick it up and replace the part ourselves.

Since ordering a new platform would have required quite a bit of lead, assuming they even had the part in stock, Tim devised a way to fashion a replacement bracket of hardened steel that could be bolted on that very afternoon. Saving me a ton of down time, an additional trip to your location, and I imagine, quite a bit of money. The repair was done in the time promised, for a very reasonable sum, resulting in no additional down time for my lift. I has been two weeks and I am quite pleased with the way my lift is working since its repair. I really appreciate the care that Tim took in assisting me. As my main mobility scooter weighs 250lb, so I really depend on my lift being operational. And I appreciate Tim's determination to get me back on the road as soon as possible The repair was done in the time promised, for a very reasonable sum, and I was back up and running that same day. It has been two months since the repair and everything continues to work just fine.
