With what they call a deluxe I had to pay up to $125 plus deductible. My insurance had called them once before with me on the line and TODD stumbled over his words with her and couldn't give her any information either. So we called insurance again and there was no authorization that had been done like TODD had told my husband. So my insurance called again with us on the line and was told TODD is the only one who deals with this and of course his phone went to voicemail. TODD is a liar and will not call you back!!! Everyone we spoke to that answers the phones there knows absolutely nothing and always says TODD is the one who deals with it all. My insurance had nothing turned into them from this company to try to get me a walker even after TODD told my husband my walker had been approved with a copay. My insurance lady said I have NO COPAY!! I think this company is FRAUDULENT! Don't waste your time or money with them. Another poor lady was there for 4 hours!! When she asked if there was anyone who could help all of us who were waiting, his response was "Unfortunately we're very shorthanded at this time. Everyone either got fired or quit". The young man who works there is extremely kind, is very knowledgeable and, I'm assuming, is the manager. And if he's not the manager, he should be!! They were extremely helpful, and even though I accidentally made it hard on them (I went in without her insurance cards, on a Friday when her doctor's office is closed, and only a half hour before they themselves close for the weekend), they got it done for us! I feel bad when I'm one of "those" customers. You know the ones. The ones who don't have anything helpful with them (like insurance info) and come in at the last minute. Yeah. That was me. Yet they remained friendly, helpful, and got me the nebulizer my mama needed! She showed me how to set it up for my mom and how to use it. Letting me know that if I have any questions, I could call them! She also informed me about the quarks of the machine (i.e. Don't leave it on for more than 30 mins at a time, etc.).
