The drive was pleasant, although slow at times because this is Amish country and there are a lot of buggies on the road. Be careful! Their store is located on the right side as you head south, in a steel sided building that is immaculate inside as it is outside. This is not your average Tack shop, it literally has everything a horse owner could ever need, from a bit to a buggy! Of course, we don't own a horse, but we do have a small herd of dogs. We brought our youngest with us to see if we could fit her for a harness, but since she is still growing decided to just get two leashes instead. It was actually fun to pick a color, length & width and actually have it custom made while we waited! I always love going into stores like this, because although I may not need their principal product, I always seem to find something else I never knew I needed, all to the frustration of my wife! I think if I owned a horse(s), a horse farm, or working farm, this place would definitely be on my visit list because of their selection, fair prices, and customer service.

Well, June came, then July, then august. So last week 8/10/23 I finally got a call the cart was ready for shipping but they had some bad news. The shipping from Ohio to Maine went from nearly $700 to nearly $800. Well it wasn't that bad so I said ok I'll deal with it. The lady took my credit card info and I paid the cart in full, just over $7200 Including shipping. She informed me that the cart would arrive in Maine at a local business that we chose which had a loading dock On Wednesday or Thursday this week. well yesterday being Wednesday the day it was to arrive I got a call stating that there was another issue with the shipping company. they stated it was to big and they couldn't ship it. I was ok when she stated she would find someone else to ship it. She called me back shortly after that and said we was all set and they had it figured out. Well Thursday morning I got a call, they had more bad news, once again trouble shipping. They informed me that the cart was to big or not put on a pallet the way the company wanted it to ship. They said they needed to get another company but the shipping was going to cost $1600. I was floored, I informed him that I have been good and patient up to this point. He offered me $433 to have me drive from Maine to Ohio hauling a trailer and pick it up myself. I told him I couldn't pay for fuel let alone other expenses for $433 . I informed him that he would rather have an unhappy repeat customer then to be Realistic and take care of my expense. I would gladly drive there and pick it up but they would need to cover my expenses such as fuel, driving nearly 3000 miles ect. I own a equine farm in maine with 12 horses and 28 donkeys. We planned on using this cart on our farm and buying more jog carts with harnesses and other equipment to use with our donkeys and horses. In the future, I will be finding a company who keeps the word and don't waste nearly 4 months of my time. I strongly do not recommend this company!

The salesman we talked to initially (when my husband was originally looking for work boots, but then decided he didn't need any) was super helpful, and guided our selection process. Steel toe and non-steel toe brands. I was able to purchase Ariat jeans for my husband, an off-brand Carhartt-type coat for my 11 year old son, and a t shirt for my 6 year old daughter. If you're waffling between brands of boots, I'd stop here. They had most (if not all) of each brand's lines of product.

I messed up my wife's bicycle putting it into our van, and I was dreading having to find a bicycle shop available to do the repair that wasn't going to charge me the equivalent amount of what I had paid for it at Walmart. I lucked out and found this place. I spoke to the owner on the phone, who was very accommodating. He informed me the repair might be as inexpensive as $10, but the best news was that he was willing to take a look at the bike immediately whenever I could stop out. What he didn't tell me was something like: I'd have to pay a bench fee of $35 and would have to drop the bike off and to expect that it would be in the shop for at least 2-3 weeks before it'd be looked at. With the good news, I quickly loaded the bike into the van and headed out in search of L-N-M. I found this place in the heart of "Amishland'" As soon as I arrived, Jr. (name of owner) hoisted the bike onto a lift and went to work. He diagnosed the problem as a pesky, little kink in the chain, but within 10 minutes of working intensively, he had resolved the issue. He wrapped up the servicing by putting air in both tires and tightening the loose screw on the kickstand. Excitedly, I took the bike out into the parking lot for a test drive and as expected, I found it to be working smooth as silk. Total Charge: $12.78! If there's anywhere else you can have a bicycle serviced immediately & comprehensively checked for that kind of money, I'm certain it's not within 100 hundred miles of me; probably not even 1,000 miles of me. My last order that was $100.00 was of extreme substandard quality. I immediately notified Kelly, the owner of the above business and she never replied back to me. This told me they did not care about the quality of the product they sent me. I had ordered 10 boxes of coffee flavor @ $10.00 per box of cartridges. There was no flavor to the cartridges, I only get to use the cartridge once with no coffee flavor as when I first started ordering from them. Before I would be able to use the cartridge 3 times when charging my battery. Not any more. I feel like they "rooked" me in as a customer, got me "hooked" on the good flavor of coffee and then it all went down hill on my last order. I would think as a valued customer, Kelly would like to know the quality of the product and let her know that I think they changed provider of the cartridges because of the change in the packaging of the cartridges. All cartridges up until the last order were in a clear plastic that I had to tug on to open and the last order the cartridges the wrapping of each cartridge was wrapped in what looked like wax paper. How can someone be so "heartless" as to give a customer substandard product. My money was taken directly from my bank and Kelly had no problem taking my money but it was ok to send me terrible product. Especially after I notified as so as I got the product. I have had no choice but to use some of the product due to cost and I also had to invest in other E - Cigs to compensate for Kelly's inferior product. My only hope that writing here Kelly will see this and treat me as she was first treating with good product. I have been honest so I hope she (Kelly) will do the same. I know that is a lot to spend on the E- Cig cartridges for some one who is on full disability but it is cheaper than smoking, and my goal is never to smoke another cigarette.
