With what they call a deluxe I had to pay up to $125 plus deductible. My insurance had called them once before with me on the line and TODD stumbled over his words with her and couldn't give her any information either. So we called insurance again and there was no authorization that had been done like TODD had told my husband. So my insurance called again with us on the line and was told TODD is the only one who deals with this and of course his phone went to voicemail. TODD is a liar and will not call you back!!! Everyone we spoke to that answers the phones there knows absolutely nothing and always says TODD is the one who deals with it all. My insurance had nothing turned into them from this company to try to get me a walker even after TODD told my husband my walker had been approved with a copay. My insurance lady said I have NO COPAY!! I think this company is FRAUDULENT! Don't waste your time or money with them.
