    Beautiful Place!!
    Ty L.

After hearing so much positive feedback from people I know personally, I thought it was time for me to go see for myself and everything I was told was right. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! From the location, the parking, the ambience, and the music by the live dj, I only wish I would've come sooner. The decor and the positive energy from the staff made this a pleasant experience. The menu offers so many options that I look forward to come back to enjoy dinner. If you haven't been here, you should make your way here. You definitely won't be disappointed.

I went to Dusk with my friend group and honestly, I really enjoyed the vibes and the ambience! Service was good, and our waiter was very friendly (I forgot to get his name). Between the three of us, we shared the Meatballs, the seafood orzo and the truffle fries. We also ordered the octopus but it was a cold dish and we didn't really like it (just a personal preference , nothing against the plate itself). I totally forgot to take pictures of everything but the Matcha Martini which was the star of the night for me ! It was absolutely delicious and a perfect way to end dinner. I am planning to return and hopefully try some more plates!

I enjoyed the upbeat vibes and live DJ of the restaurant! I think the lounge was a bit more simple, it felt like basement with furniture than a bar! I like the concept of this place still because you can eat and hang out for drinks for a while. I came in with friends for drinks and appetizers mainly. Restaurant service was pleasant. Lychee dragon 8/10 - kinda similar to dragon fruit refresher at Starbucks Beef tartare 9/10 - pretty good beginner beef tartare because the fattiness of the cheese blends well, seasoning was pretty strong on the bread; I also enjoyed the tartare with the oyster crackers to taste the tartare more Oyster 7.5/10 - sauce wasn't anything special but I always enjoy oysters Cocktail shrimp 6.5/10 - sauce was the same in oysters, shrimp tasted like shrimp Truffle fries 8.5/10 - simple but solid, fries were crispy!

I really enjoyed Dusk. I had been hearing mixed reviews but I was impressed. It's very modern but cozy inside. I can see me stopping in to casually sit at the bar as well, if I'm not dining in. My friend and I came here to yap and catch up, it was the perfect space. Our waitress was really nice. Their menu is smaller but I got the steak frites & didn't leave a crumb. The steak was buttery & flavorful. The frites could've been a little hotter but they were still good. My friend had the chicken sousvide dish, I tried a little & it was good too. She really enjoyed her drink too. She had the guava inferno & I had a glass of merlot.

I enjoyed my time at Dusk! I tried several appetizers, all of which were well prepared. The wagyu meatball was packed with flavor and was definitely my favorite. The shrimp cocktail, feta, and truffle fries were solid, more classic options. For my entrée, I had the seared scallops--five generously sized scallops, each full of flavor. For dessert, I tried both the tiramisu and the matcha cheesecake. The cheesecake was interesting and very matcha-forward, which matcha lovers will appreciate. The music was loud and club-like, and the crowd definitely skewed young and rowdy, so be prepared for that vibe. Service was kind and impressively fast--I was genuinely surprised by how quickly each dish came out. That kitchen must be moving! Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely come back.

Our group had reservations for a birthday dinner. I liked the moody atmosphere with natural and greenery elements. The restaurant felt very modern yet comfortable. The cocktails are all incredible. I especially loved the sage and sip! We ordered the octopus and falafel as apps. Most of us hadn't had either of these before and it was fun to try something new. I loved both!! All the food was incredible. I would love to come back and try more dishes. Definitely recommend for a fancy night out.

To be fair, I only went for drinks. Met two girlfriends for cocktails and I knew the place recently opened so was super excited to try it out. Located in the heart of Mass Ave, parking can be a challenge depending on the time of day you visit. For me, it was right after work and plenty of parking right out front. Don't forget to feed the meter! It is stunning inside, such a vibe. It's a place you feel sexy sitting there. The music is good, the severs are nice. It is a bit on the $$& side so bring your money! I later learned that there is a speakeasy inside! Shhhhh.... I won't share details here but make sure you do your due diligence and get details!

The ambiance is a 10/10 -- super Instagrammable and the perfect spot for a date night, girls' night, or taking friends from out of town. The second you walk in, it feels like you've been transported to Miami or Chicago. We started with the whipped feta + pita (so good), the meatballs (incredibly flavorful), and the shrimp appetizer. For entrées, we had the short rib and the half chicken with orzo -- both solid and beautifully plated. But the real star of the night? Their downstairs lounge. It's sexy, moody, and the ideal place to grab cocktails if you're looking for a more intimate vibe. I could easily go back just for that space alone. Service was great and fast. Highly recommend checking out Dusk -- it's such a unique addition to Indy's food scene.

After months of keeping my eye on this place the wife and I finally made our visit in celebration of our anniversary. As many have said before this restaurant/lounge feels like it belongs in a different city (think Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago) and I mean that in the best way possible. The elevated touches throughout the establishment reminds me of some of our best dinners from our travels to destinations domestically and internationally. The lighting is that perfect blend of moody and functional, not so dark you can't read the menu but enough to set the mood right. Our waitress was great the entire night, serving us with a warm smile and attentive hospitality. We started our evening with the Wagyu Meatballs and our first round of drinks (Dusk & Dawn and Matcha Martini). Our next course included the Seabass, Seared Scallops, & my second cocktail (Midnight Fig). For desert we went with the Baklava (which is shareable in size). Everything we ordered was made exceptionally well and would reorder everything on our next visit. After our dinner concluded we went downstairs to enjoy some additional vibes in the speakeasy and ended our night with a round of espresso martinis. I will say the energetic atmosphere may not be ideal for everyone but it is perfect for a girl/guys night out or a lively date night.

We had such a great experience at Dusk! The service was phenomenal. CJ was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was memorable from start to finish. We ordered the feta spread with pistachios and pita, scallops with mushroom risotto, short rib with parsnip purée, and tiramisu. The scallops had a nice sear, the risotto was rich without being too heavy, and the short rib was so tender it fell apart. Everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere struck a nice balance between moody and lively. Their glassware was a nice change from the typical coupe glasses you see everywhere, with good sizes for cocktails. They also had a strong liquor selection, and the prices were reasonable. I tried the matcha martini, which was a little heavy on the RumChata. It was still tasty, just more of a dessert cocktail in my opinion. My only bit of feedback is that the women's bathroom did not have any hooks, which was inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was top notch and I will absolutely be coming back!

Went to desk lounge for a friend's birthday dinner. This was my first time there and I really enjoyed the ambience and the chill vibes. It was really surprisingly packed for a night that we just got 6 inches of snow. I enjoyed a mocktail however, it was just as much as a mixed drink. My friends ordered a order of crabcakes, which were delicious. There were only two, which I guess is good for an appetizer. I went for the scallops and risotto. I liked the scallops they were cooked well and well seasoned. The risotto had mushroom in it. Which was indifferent about. I like mushrooms but not parents this. I'd liked to have had asparagus maybe? There was a speakeasy in the basement that was perfect for photos and a more personal feel. Which was nice. This place is definite a spot for special occasions. Well hello Indy, there's a new place in town. I went for my birthday and I really enjoyed the experience. The service was quick and attentive. Apparently, they had a new menu which is delicious . The vibe is not Indy, definitely an East Coast energy which is right up my alley since I am from there. This is a hidden gem which you should definitely check out. This place has potential to be a top spot.

I have had my eye on this spot for awhile. With the images, descriptions, and mention of DJs I was not sure the vibe would be my speed. I was pleasantly surprised. The interior decor of the restaurant is beautiful. I could see how it becomes a high end bar later in the night, but at 6:30pm on a Wednesday it was a beautiful restaurant with a vibrant bar. The food and service gave us a fine dining experience. There was no DJ, but nice background music at a perfect volume. We were at a 2 top table with the coziest and most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in at a restaurant. Our server was friendly and attentive. The cocktails were incredible. My husband had a cocktail with tequila and pear that is not on the online menu and I forget the name. I had the Dusk & Dawn. Both were delicious and wonderfully balanced. We shared the Wagyu meatballs, beat salad, sea bass entree, and saffron risotto. They split the salad and sea bass for us. Get the meatballs for sure. They were great. The beat salad was nice. The sea bass and asparagus were delicious. Well prepared and had great flavor. The risotto was okay. It was a bit too cheesy and not super flavorful. Overall this was an absolutely wonderful experience.

I got the orange mocktail and it was fantastic. The problem was I ordered another one and it never came. I guess the server forgot to put it in. My partner got the Morning Ritual and it was super tasty. 10/10 on the cocktails. I think we would have had a way better experience had we not been forgotten in the corner and baking in the sun.
