I returned to my hometown and decided to revisit The Courthouse Club as I knew Logan Street was currently under road construction on the square by the Courthouse and figured those businesses probably really needed some customers during this phase especially to drive revenue for their businesses to survive. I remembered taking a large group of colleagues visiting from India last June and having a really nice dinner and the menu had a variety of offerings to satisfy their dietary preferences. There is a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant although we were able to find street parallel parking nearby and my mother and I enjoyed the walk on a beautiful summer evening. We were greeted by a kind and friendly hostess who was able to fit us in as this was an impromptu dinner for two without a reservation. Our server, Sabra M, was friendly, upbeat and very professional, and patient. We ordered a half portion of the Noble Chop salad at the recommendation of our server. It included bacon, egg, white cheddar, heirloom tomatoes with a buttermilk dressing. The salad was very enjoyable. On this Friday evening, we were treated to a wonderful bonus of live music that was set up in the bar section, but we had a nice vantage point from our table which was a comfortable c-shaped booth. As I recognized multiple songs the artist was playing on his guitar and singing songs I remembered from my youth ( (Ie., Alison by Elvis Costello, 99 Red Balloons-Neva, Everybody Wants to Rule the World- Tears for Fears). My mom ordered the Filet Sliders for her entree which were seared tenderloin with horseradish and arugula (she passed on the red pickled onion) . She's very tiny, so the portion size was fine. I ordered the scallops which came with angel hair pasta and Chef selected seasonal vegetables and sauce that was delicious. For dessert, we chose to share the seasonal Peanut Butter Pie that was very tasty, rich in flavor, served with some caramel and chopped nuts to complement this treat. Not a crumb remained. If you're looking for a nice atmosphere, good food, and kind service, please consider visiting. We had a lovely first dinner experience at The Courthouse Club. We asked for the bar area and were seated in the comfy corner booth. Our server, Michael, was friendly and so helpful with menu suggestions. We started with a bottle of Unshackled Red Blend which paired well with the Date Night and Crab Cake Mini starters. We loved the Date Night app so much we ordered one to take home! For entrées, we shared the 10 oz Filet Mignon with Garlic Shrimp enhancement and the Fried Goat Cheese salad with blackened chicken added on the side. We enjoyed both and would order them again. We wanted to try a soup as well as a dessert, so ordered the Corn Chowder and the Raspberry Mousse to take home. Both were packaged nicely and we enjoyed the delicious flavors of each. We will 100% return. Parking can be a bit tricky right now with all the downtown Noblesville road construction, but we were lucky enough to find parking in a nearly lot. Jalapeño aioli is great (but also so rich) Drinks: chefs kiss and a tequila old fashioned. She said the chefs kiss was "a strong tequila drink" and it tasted like sweetened lemon juice. I love the vibe of this bar/restaurant. It's cozy lighting and I like they have music some nights as well. Service is good - a little long to get alcohol each time I have visited, but not terrible. Recent visit I tried the chickpea dip appetizer - the hummus was delicious, but the bread they gave with it was fried and really dry - would recommend plain pita bread instead. I also tried the date night appetizer which was good as well; however, the bacon was mostly fat which definitely took away from the dish. Lastly, I tried the Airline Chicken over quinoa- delicious flavors, but unfortunately, my chicken was really dry (someone I was with said theirs was moist though!) Scheduled a birthday dinner for my daughter on a Sunday afternoon after pottery, and we were early for our reservation. Front staff was very welcoming and seated us right away. The location is off the square but still located in the middle point with parking surrounding. Our server was (I think) Amy w the pigtails, and she was so kind and attentive to our family. Checking on us enough without too much, so we appreciate her efforts even w the candle on the cake! Restaurants have been underwhelming, so it was a nice surprise to find beautiful environment paired with quality food and service. We dined on the eggrolls and whipped feta (which is the best w the sweet potato chips) my kids were obsessed! Bc we were early, we were able to order off happy hour- which helped bc my 11 year old has a ridiculous pallet and ordered the scallops! Seeking a good and fun place for Saturday after thanksgiving we found courthouse club! Upon arrival we were taken aback by how beautiful it was inside. There was also live music (Thursday-Saturday we were told) and it was one of the best sets from song selection, sound, and volume we have heard. Starting out with drinks I tried the dirty goat martini and it was gross. My boyfriend drank it for me not minding it and I went with a Cosmo instead which was much better. The fried goat cheese balls to begin was wonderful. The fried goad salad was probably my favorite part of the meal! I had filet sliders for dinner that were good but nothing special. The vibes in the bar area of this place are on point. As soon as we walked in, we knew we made a good choice for the night. We took seats at the bar and were promptly greeted by the friendly bartender. We order a lavender gin fizz and the 1875. The cocktails were pretty good. I was disappointed there were no sandwiches on the dinner menu. So, we opted to hodgepodge our dinner with a bunch of apps. Everything we ordered was good. A perfect place for date night for sure. I went with some friends around 5:30 on a Thursday and the place was pretty empty. We did have reservations but of course didn't need them. The service was okay, the food is decent but a bit on the $$ side for what you get. They are still growing and figuring things out, I will come back after a few months. They are making changes to the menu and drinks etc, so room to grow for sure. I had the Black and Blue Flatbread which is $20. It is a good portion and I was actually able to share some with my friends. My friend ordered the gumbo and said it was very good. It was fun to try a new place, I do think service was lacking a little and food was good, especially the wings. Sometimes I think restaurants try too hard to be too fancy, and I felt that with the Caesar salad there's no reason that it needs to come in a wedge form with an itty-bitty amount of Caesar dressing, I understand that that's minuscule compared to the rest of the menu. The atmosphere was nice but pretty busy for Saturday at 6:30 so that's a given. I would say the price is not worth it, I think you can get better food for the price at Grindstone public house. Ambiance: This is an American-style restaurant/bar, located right on the circle in downtown Noblesville, in a building formerly occupied by a bank. It has a bit of a speakeasy feel to it, and I would categorize it as more of an upscale establishment - although prices were reasonable. The space is very nicely decorated, and it's spacious inside. The bar area is extremely tastefully done, and there was a big crowd on the Saturday night we visited. Service: Our server, Chris, was spot-on. She knew the menu very well, and she accommodated our party of eight extremely efficiently. Drinks and food came fast & furious. I was impressed. As my Yelp friends know, I'm big on service in today's post-Covid world, because stellar service is becoming a rarity. Not here though. Food: The food was spectacular. I had the gumbo soup, which was one of the best I've had in this area. The Black & Blue flatbread was fantastic, and we sampled nearly every appetizer on the menu. We popped in for one cocktail after leaving Sara's Soirée and had such a great time! We sat at the bar and got to people watch and make friends with the people sitting next to us. Since I live in Noblesville, I want to love this new restaurant. It's got a great bar area with tons of natural light and atmosphere but....Happy hour ends at 5pm when all the other restaurants go till 6pm. Good size to split for 2-3 people. I started with the noble salad with blue cheese dressing. Well dressed and the blue cheese dressing wasn't too overpowering for the salad. For the main I ordered the chicken and quinoa. It was good but likely if I go back that wouldn't be the option I order. I am not a huge bread pudding fan, but theirs was amazing! First I'd like to start with the service, I usually don't call out the server, just the level of service, however in the case Anna was spectacular. She suggested several items that weren't on the Lunch menu. We went with the Whipped Goat Cheese and Sweet Potato chips appetizer, they were excellent. I went with the Crab Cake sliders that were very good with the cup of Gumbo which was excellent. The wife went with the cheese burger which came with Tempura Mushrooms a Garlic Aioli sauce with battered fries which were very good. They have a lot of outside seating. This place is definitely worth a try and should be on the list of must try restaurants in downtown Noblesville. Ample parking in the rear lot and a parking garage at the end of the block.
