Waiting room is super hot with no air flow. Staff doesn't know how to do room assignments Showed up before other people and 2.5hrs later being seen after them. Was desperate looking for an urgent care that was still open and took my medical, ended up finding this place and regretted finding it sooo bad. The ladies in the front office were ok, did their job and that's it buuuuttttt when we got seen my the doctor!!! Poor quality care..was injured and was told I had to pick one injury to be dealt with. Was not given any care instructions upon leaving the clinic to get xrays elsewhere. He was very anxious and cranky when he went in he even wanted to leave after 30mins saying it was taking too long, but when Dr. Allen came to the room, he was able to calm him down and get him all stitched up. We went to this urgent care because we were referred from another clinic to go there. We get there and front desk fat lady is on the office phone not a single greeting nothing and just writing random numbers on a sticky note and not a single work spoken on the phone that we here. We sign in and sit down, 10 minutes go by and a nurse comes in and I get up to see if we can get help now and the lady still on the phone but hands up without saying word and says to me "the doctor isn't here at the moment" and I was what do you mean, she says "the doctor is not here" and I say then was is the point of being open and patients in the waiting room if there is no doctor and I leave. What kind of doctors office opens when there is no doctor makes no sense, it was 10:30 am and they open at 9am so it that how it is every day the doctor doesn't come in after an hour and a half of opening. read more

The wait was ridiculous. Literally no one in the waiting room when I got there for serval minutes. As people started to trickle in, that's when they began to room patients. As if they wanted the examine rooms full before the Dr's presence was known. Once everyone was roomed (mind you this was 4pm) then he began to treat patients. Ridiculous. We waited 3 hours to be seen. Average time frame per examine room he spent was 5-7 minutes. And saw people that came in after us. SMH. Disappointing. Maybe he wanted to look like a top notch Dr, looking busy to his patients when he could've knocked out quality care and started the healing process for his sick patients instead of making them wait because of his prerogative. this place is soooo bad, not only do they only have one doctor meaning no matter how packed it is you'll probably be waiting for hrs. Everyone tried to be patient but they don't even have any airflow in the waiting room, making it everyone wait in immense heat. the nurses are terrible as well since none of them do their jobs. had one nurse hand me a slip and walk out without saying a word, apparently that was her ordering me to go get a blood test at Quest, but she literally gave no orders. Another nurse just told me i had to pay and she did not even bring the machine and just stared at me with a blank expression. she starts to get annoyed but im confused and ask "what did you want me to do?" and she just said "pay", i asked "how and where?" and then she annoyingly told the front guy to charge me, and they finally bring out the card machine. Retracking my rating. Although the staff was still wonderful, Dr ALLEN @Dusk to Dawn urgent care, failed to stop the bleeding from my Moms injured finger. It took us just 30 mins to get home and blood started gaping out of the bandages that Dr Allen put on her finger. Sooo we called his office so that we could have her finger rebandaged & they said it would be another $100 to see him do what he didn't accomplish the 1st visit... not to mentioned the nurse never called in the antibiotics for my Mother's injury!! Sheeesh!! Man what a dissapointment!! Look I totally appreciate Dr Allens purpose to help the community... But to add another charge for the same injury he could not properly fix & not call in prescription is disrespectful... We rushed my Mom to ER, where we hope to get a better solution to her injury.. The doctor was helpful and kind but the staff didn't send my prescription to the pharmacy so we called from the pharmacy about 6 times and received no answer and weren't able to get the prescription for my 1 yr old who was sick. I took my dad to this place. I didn't expect something great, but get my dad checked up for his rash. I met Dr. Allen came in with great manners and friendly. He checked my dad condition and right away gave the prescription for him. I was so happy with the service here. My dad was happy too. I will definitely come here again in the future. Whack!!!! The wait time was horrendous once inside the room there was another wait.... not to mention that I think it was a storage room with like very very old and out dated equipment in it... I had to walk out and ask when my son would be seen and still got the run around.... when we were finally seen the Doctor was very... um... unpleasantly dressed shoes looked very worn then he opened his mouth, it just got worse. I don't know if I looked like a gang member or just uneducated and he was trying to explain his diagnosis to me using an analogy describing germs as bloods and crips gang banging OMG! I looked at my wife like is this guy for real? Oh and furthermore the guy goes on to say I can help him along in his recovery with a shot of Antibiotics but your insurance doesn't cover it or I can just write you a prescription and it will take longer but he'll still get better..... oh now I know you don't want your child to suffer so.... so I just cut him off and said yeah no we'll just have his prescription thanks. Later I called another Doctor because I felt as though the dose he prescribed considering weight, and sure enough he prescribed a dose too low for my sons height and weight. I have been here couple times and my wait time has ranged from 20 minutes - 40 minutes (not bad ) . I bring my 2 young kids here and Dr. Allen always remembers us . He has so much patient with my crying 2 year old I really appreciate what he does for my family . Although his office can be sometimes busy the wait is worth it because Dr. Allen is thorough with the office visit and i always feel relieved leaving his office. Her name is Sybil, I'm 44 she tried to give me stickers and she payed no attention as to why I was there. Instead she tried to diagnose me with other conditions. Dumb bitch. I'm pissed because I left completely untreated and she told me to go to the nearest Emergency Room. I've been there before for the same issue years ago and was given a prescription for medication and that worked out fine. I was sent to this location today because I had to get an ultrasound. The waiting room had about 8 other patients waiting to get in (yikes). The doctor and accompanying assistant were very friendly. It's crazy how far a smile goes when you're in offices like this. I was told an estimate time for the wait and for the procedure: both times were accurate. I can tell their office runs very efficiently. I never saw the doctor. The technician did my ultrasound and sent me on my way. She had someone do an ultrasound and she said I had an ectopic pregnancy. She said I need to go to emergency room away. I went there to take my I'll sister for care on Tuesday 6.7.20. On Yelp, it says they were opened until midnight. When we arrived at 8:40pm. I parked at the front door and there was a lady sitting in a chair by the front door. Immediately after I parked, the lady got up and proceeded to close the security gate over the glass door. She then opened the door to tell me they were closed. I mentioned the midnight closure. She said, due to the times, they close at 9:00. I questioned her. She said. She was sorry but they were closed. I asked where else could we go and she told me. I will not go back to that urgent care because they basically refused service to me. It was not 9:00 yet snd I should have been accepted. They already had a 2star rating when I went. But I just wanted my sister to get treated right away. But after last night, I feel a 2 star rating was generous. read more
