Formerly buildings were identifiable by color. Many of the patients have difficulty locating the suites or office. Parking has always been quite difficult despite several floors to the parking structure and a sprawling complex. You can check in through your phone or on a kiosk, then proceed to the appointment where the receptionist will still verify your arrival. Otherwise we are fairly satisfied with the care received. Physician, nurses, case manager or clinical assistant are all professional and courteous. Navigating the healthcare system through Kaiser is sometimes challenging as far as wait times go. I still recommend this overall.

I was told that after the surgery I wouldn't need prisms anymore and to get new glasses made, so I did Unfortunately they only worked for two weeks and then I was back to double vision again. I just had new glasses made and they have an upgraded prescription for my prisms. I am seeing really well right now. I hope it lasts. I got regular glasses and sunglasses. My sunglasses are so cool. They are Ray-Bans. I got an excellent parking spot outside and I didn't have to go into the parking structure. I think this only happens first thing in the morning and during lunchtime.

We've always done walk ins and the wait time has always been minimal. Service from the nurses and Drs have been great... medicine sent to my pharmacy of choice...parking is small but never have had a problem finding parking. overall it's a 5 star Urgent Care/Clinic and totally recommend it.. they're great with kids as well.

The nurse is also kind, supportive, and takes care of you. Although, the front desk is nice, but there have been times where I call and am on hold for over 20 mins and they never call back when I leave a voicemail. I always end up doing their work for them by faxing my results or calling the pharmacy regarding my prescriptions. Sometimes I have to be on top of them so they can work on my authorizations, referrals or even refills. If I don't, they'll never get done. It took them 3 months to place an auth and when I called to say I never got one, they placed an urgent one. I knew they had forgotten. I've also waited more than an hour to be seen even though I'm an established patient ; all because I noticed they added a last minute new patient. Completely fine, but I shouldn't have had to wait for so long when I was on time. I also did speak to a NP on a different occasion (I won't say her name because I don't want to shame her) and she was a bit rude. When she asked me health questions to review my family history I paused to think about it and when I tried to respond, she wouldn't let me explain and spoke to me like a 5 year old and said, "you're not understanding" when i clearly was, she just wasn't letting me speak. Overall there are some pros and cons but definitely be prepared for everything.

The doctors took advantage of the fact I was still in shock and ordered an x-ray of my ankle and hand. The hand needed to be done because I was in a lot of pain and my finger had swollen to twice its size, my ankle was ok but a little swollen and bleeding. Looking back I should have told her I didn't need an x-ray on my foot since I WAS WALKING without a limp. But, still in shock I didn't make a fuss. My finger got an x-ray and let me tell you something, their x-ray machine is STATIONARY. So here I am, later to find out I have a fractured finger and the doctor is moving my fingers all crazy to get a good angle. WTF? You should be moving your x-ray machine around me, not moving ME around your machine! She could have hurt the injury worse! After x-rays were done apparently nothing is wrong but when a second doctor comes and sees the results she says I have a fracture and I overhear the first one saying "oh I can't believe I missed that" well, it just makes me think what else she misses when she looks at other people. I will never go back, nor recommend this place to anyone, ever. *update* I got a call from them 4 days later saying they have the results of my visit but I needed to pay them $30 to obtain them. By the time we arrived, his throat was beginning to swell and he was having difficulty swallowing. Instead of assessing the seriousness of his condition, the front desk receptionist immediately told us they were not accepting any new patients because there were five people ahead of us and the doctor was going on a lunch break. There was no urgency, no attempt to have a medical professional evaluate him, and no concern shown for what could have been a life-threatening emergency. I understand that clinics have schedules and capacity limits, but when someone is experiencing symptoms of a potentially fatal allergic reaction, the appropriate response should never be to simply turn them away without an assessment. Thankfully, we were able to get him to another facility where he received the care he needed. However, I am deeply disturbed by how carelessly this situation was handled. I hope this review encourages the clinic to reevaluate its emergency triage procedures so that another family is not put at risk during a medical emergency.
