We had initially explored a place in LA but upon looking into it, it just felt like a surgery factory with clients being processed on conveyer belts, and what we really wanted was a very personal experience, especially since my mother was very scared about it. Everyone from Doctor Sullivan, to Michelle, David, Mandy, Julie... were just... PHENOMENAL. They offered to do a zoom call consultation with her since she was flying in from so far away, and it was truly personalized service. We immediately felt like family, from the personalized welcome signs, to the fact that everyone came to say hello, and even to the fact that they were willing to speak after hours when we had some questions. And Dr. Sullivan is very knowledgeable and professional. I trust him completely. Posted some photos of before and after. Even though my mom still has some swelling she is so happy she did the surgery. She was in so much pain before the surgery, and Dr. Sullivan did a wonderful job on her foot. Everything has been thorough and they've been so generous and warm. She's already asking them if they'll consider opening up a clinic in Indonesia. I recommend Northwest/Bunion Cure to anyone, faster than a heartbeat!

I mean it's surgery on your feet, there's going to be pain. I am optimistic to the remaining healing process and look forward to what I see and experience 8 weeks out which is supposedly the discharge average. The team: Dr Sullivan, Adam, Whitney, Julie, Teagan, and David ((I'm sorry if I'm omitting anyone) have been truly amazing. The positive comments that you will remember ad over and over in reviews about the team at The Bunion Cure is not overblown ... it is consistent in all reviews, they are the best. So very outgoing and friendly which makes this journey even more tolerable. At this stage in the game, I would do it all again. I did it close after school was out so I'd be ready when school starts back mid August. I'm a very active 61 year old woman. Stay tuned:)

I'd strongly caution anyone considering this "Emergency & Urgent Care" location due to opaque…read morebilling practices and a lack of meaningful disclosure at the point of care and I should have read the reviews here before visiting. I visited during posted urgent-care hours after a fall. CommonSpirit's public-facing website describes urgent-care pricing during specific hours and states that patients will be informed whether their treatment or testing is being billed at an emergency or urgent-care level. That did not happen during my visit. After the visit, I received a CommonSpirit facility bill totaling $38,591.97 in gross charges -- roughly $31,999.44 of which was for a single CT scan. For context, a brand-new CT scanner costs around $100,000. My concern isn't with the clinicians, who were professional. My concern is with the disclosure practices of the facility itself. Don't assume an organization has your best interest in mind simply because of its marketing or its religious and mission-driven branding. Ask explicitly, before any test or treatment, whether you're being billed at the emergency or urgent-care level -- and get the answer in writing if you can.

Saw a doctor for 2 minutes, a nurse for 2 minutes, no strep test (was really bad), got a prescription and left. $600 total for that visit. Go to NextCare urgent care or Little Clinic. Went to Little Clinic a couple days before this and the same type of visit for a different person was $115. Seems like fraud to me.

I went to Dr. Desai for hallux rigidus. I have found most podiatrists to be odd, but after…read moreinterviewing several doctors he seemed to have good bedside manner and appeared to be someone I could work with. He performed a cheilectomy on my feet. I was back in another doctor's office with pain before 2 years were up. This time I got Cartiva implants. That doctor said Dr. Desai didn't leave him much "real estate" to work with. Now 3 years later, the Cartiva implants have failed, probably exacerbated by the cheilectomy, and I've had the first big toe fusion. I wish I'd known cheilectomy was ineffective and that it really shouldn't be recommended anymore. I wore 2/3 foot, rigid orthotics for 20 years and all of my subsequent foot problems are symmetrical, likely caused by those orthotics (I've also had bilateral neuroma removal.) Dr. Desai didn't recognize that y problems had been caused by the orthotics, and he recommended I work with a specific physical therapist who took over a year to get in with, and who, after 2 years of working with her got me exactly nowhere. I'm 5'3", 127 pounds and athletic. Dr. Desai didn't do me any favors.
