RCS is WAY beyond the others! A crew of four arrived ontime, and each lady immediately got to their assigned tasks. Each person is like a perpetual motion machine, and the attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. They supply all of their own equipment and products, and after they leave, the entire house looks and smells amazing. My wife checked the shutters, the picture frames, the microwave, the laundry room - everything was done above and beyond what we expected. We have scheduled RCS for every two weeks. Given the exceptionally high quality and care level, we consider the cost to be absolutely fair and appropriate. We highly recommend RCS for residential housecleaning. They are the best!

And then Marcelo and Hetielle!! These two people are just the loveliest. Absolute joy to be around. After inquiring with numerous cleaning businesses on Yelp, I noticed how responsive and professional Henry, from Maria's Cleaning, was and quickly received a quote from them of $280 for a whole house deep cleaning. For reference, the house is roughly 1,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Fast forward to the day of the house cleaning, Gala, our cleaner, was scheduled to arrive at 1:30PM. However, 1:30 came and went but no one showed up. We waited 5-10 minutes before I reached out and asked if anything was wrong. In fairness, Henry responded quickly and said there was an "unforeseen delay" and that she would be over in 5-10 minutes. Well, 10 minutes passed and still no one. Gala didn't arrive until shortly after 2:30PM, almost an hour after the scheduled time. Gala arrived and we helped her with her many cleaning supplies/equipment into the house, and she got right to work. She started with the bedrooms, and worked her way towards the front of the house. One slight problem was that Gala doesn't speak the best English and when my Mom asked her to focus on certain parts of the house, we weren't quite sure she understood us. However, she forged through and methodically went through the house. Gala probably didn't finish until close to 10PM, however, after she left we noticed a lot of missed areas, dusty corners/ceilings/walls, and some areas completely untouched. Honestly, we were surprised only one cleaner was sent as it felt more like a 2+ person job and as Maria's Cleaning wasn't the cheapest quote I received, I did have higher expectations for their services with a fee close to $300. Sadly, we were disappointed with the tardiness and overall with their cleaning services.

Upon inspection which I did at night after work I contacted Dan and told him cleaner(s) did not do a good job had to come back, I should have done a more thorough evaluation of the clean, my property management came out two days later for inspection and sent me the report 3 weeks after the inspection, by law that is what they are allowed. My property management co recommend strongly that I get a refund due to a poor cleaning job. Cleaning was not adequate for a move out. The carpet was not considered in the cleaning, the owners replaced the carpets which were very old not due to me; only in the home a yr I explained to Dan (owner?) that I was being charged $400 for interior cleaning, his response was excuses for why the property management would want to keep the money etc. I felt as though this company had some responsibility in me having to be charged for an another cleaning, after diligent communication and patience w owner Jon or Dan he told me the home was in horrific shape etc. lol I have before and after pics and he never came to the home. Jon blames the customer for their poor service they provided. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
