Good thing I never tried to use it! One of the main reasons I recommend All Points Chimney Service is for their knowledge and integrity. When I bought my house, the inspector didn't say anything about the gas log being so old that it would probably give me carbon monoxide poisoning. So, I really appreciate that Brad pointed that out. I also didn't know when the last time the fireplace was used or if it needed to be cleaned. Brad let me know that the chimney was pretty clean and "cleaning" it and charging me for it, wouldn't be ethical. Just another reason I really appreciate them. I knew I wanted to replace the old gas log with fire glass. However, I think my design aesthetic is a bit extra. Not only did I want fire glass, but I wanted a lot of it. I had seen in other family members houses so much fire glass that it covered the box and made it look like it was spilling out of the fireplace. I ended up ordering the extra fire glass through Amazon and Brad and Trent were willing to put in the extra glass for me. I was really happy with how it turned out.

It was a break in a 90+ year old pipe which is at fault of no one. Said it's a small price we have to pay, never once did Maury apologize for the mistake, call us, explain anything or come to our door. We also are told that he had to have permission to cut a line and a permit. which he would not have gotten as our line would have been deemed in use. He was going to make us sit with human waste in our basement where my kids have rooms, for a week and turned his phone off when we called to see that we get moved up as NONE of this was our fault and we were left in the dark. His manger got us on the schedule a day earlier which is the only reason I'd give less than half a star if this website didn't make me. We had them installed today 11-8-2024. There was a crew of 4 that installed the windows, it took them about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. There was a bit of miscommunication about a window sill, the outside of one of them ended up being replaced. The crew didn't clean up any of the saw dust or wood chips from removing the old windows. Edit: 1/18/2025. We decided to paint the inside of our house, walls, doors entryways, windows etc. The caulking that Honey Badger used is NOT PAINTABLE. Which is a real bummer. Wish they used paintable caulk. When painting the paint just beads up and shrinks on the caulk. Therefore after painting, you have to wipe off the paint from the caulk because it doesn't dry at all.

I was worried the chemicals would affect the animals, but after some research, I found that the products they use are pet- and environmentally friendly and use less water. So, we're not walking on wet carpets for a few days. It literally took just hours to dry. The quality and work the team does are second to none. They can remove stains from carpets that I never knew could be removed. However, the team is very realistic and honest. They'll let us know if they believe a cleaning job is very difficult to do.
