They said they ordered a part and it would be shipped last Friday and would be in Monday at 10 am. I called again no answer. So I called ABC warehouse.they called them ,and they called corporate to push pressure on them to fix it. So I get text saying the part wouldn't be in until 4pm today. Today they send me text 39 minutes before they would come. .So the guy shows up looks at it and says it's the pump I said ok I have appt at 2pm he says ma'am it will only take 30 minutes .he walks out to his vehicle come back in and says the pump and transmission are both shot and it will cost more then it's worth to fix it. Ok now what he made phone call and says someone will get in touch with you. Ok so my thing is if you would of came out 2 weeks ago to look at it and diagnose it. I could of had the washer replaced by now and I wouldn't be in this mess. So frustrating. . I would not recommend this place.
