Yeah, i know it needs to be fixed...you broke it. I've taken the sink apart multiple times with no problems, but "it must've been a weak pipe". Probably something I can fix myself, and he wrote me a "guarantee" in case I need them to come back out, but I probably could've rented a longer pipe snake for $179 and not broken my pipe and left a ton of rust on my driveway from the 20 min he spent trying to unstick his own pipe snake.

Another vendor quoted $250 for a 10' ceiling (which I would have done myself) and $350 for the extra 5 feet. Doolittle quoted $89 service call plus $40 for each 15 minutes - about an hour estimated, so about $250 for the total job. The job was completed in a flash and the total bill was $169. Workers (forgot their names!) were very professional and communicated with me the whole way. They took care to protect my wood flooring and assembled the fan (and extending rod) in crazy fast time. I highly recommend Doolittle as my experience was nothing short of extremely satisfying!

After being away for 5 days and having turned my A/C unit off I returned and it wouldn't turn on…read more So on Sunday June 11th, I called COE to come take a look at my A/C unit. At that point the technician came later that day and looked at my unit. He informed me that my blower motor and blower module weren't working. He tells me the parts are expensive. In the $800 to $1000 range. I agree to have the parts replaced. On Thursday the same technician returns with the parts to install. After installing the parts, he informs me that my Control board isn't working and that is going to be another $500. And that I may want to consider getting a new unit. I told the tech that I am not going to do anything at this time. At that point he tells me that I have to pay my bill which is up to more than $1400 for parts and Labor. After speaking with another company, they informed me that COE should never have replaced the blower motor and module without testing the control board. So I called COE and they said they are sorry and all electronic parts are not returnable but they would give me a deal on a new furnace. I explained that it was there technician that cost me to purchase a parts that weren't necessary and that I should not have to pay for the parts and COE should keep them. With no results, I still had Roger Coe come and give me an estimate. The estimate he gave me was $2900 on a new furnace. But he would give me a $400 discount so the bill would be $2500. I had another company come in and give me a quote, and they informed me that the price for the unit COE gave me was the market price and that he had a unit that they can install as well as a thermostat that would also qualify me for rebates to Nipsco and AEP. The quote was $2455, and $495 in rebates that they would fill out the paper work. Needless to say I am going with the 2nd company and I would highly advise anyone that uses COE heating and Air to definitely consider a second opinion before having them do any work that is more than $100

I was worried the chemicals would affect the animals, but after some research, I found that the products they use are pet- and environmentally friendly and use less water. So, we're not walking on wet carpets for a few days. It literally took just hours to dry. The quality and work the team does are second to none. They can remove stains from carpets that I never knew could be removed. However, the team is very realistic and honest. They'll let us know if they believe a cleaning job is very difficult to do. There's no other carpet cleaning company I'd recommend.
