Boot Barn - Mineral Wells, TX…read more I usually review restaurants, but this time I want to share my experience at a clothing store. On a recent business trip to Mineral Wells, I stopped by Boot Barn--something I hadn't planned on. A coworker mentioned it was a great place to find jeans, and since I've recently lost 20 lbs, I figured why not check it out? As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Monica. She asked what I was looking for, and I told her jeans. She immediately helped me figure out sizing and walked me through the different Ariat styles (M2, M5, M7). Fashion isn't really my thing, so I really appreciated how patient she was in explaining the differences and guiding me without making me feel rushed. What stood out most was how genuine she was. We even shared a little conversation about weight loss and personal success stories--it felt more like chatting with a friend than just shopping. The store itself was very clean, organized, and easy to navigate. After trying on several pairs, I finally found the perfect fit. I hadn't realized jeans could vary so much, but thanks to Monica, I walked out with exactly what I needed. This was an unexpected stop that turned into a great experience. Monica truly went above and beyond with her customer service, and I'd like to give her a big shoutout. I highly recommend visiting this Boot Barn--and if you do, ask for Monica. She'll take great care of you!

They have been here most of my life and dressed me for many occasions. While they have a great selection of very nice clothing, what you really come here for is the service! If you aren't sure of your style or size they will help guide you to the perfect items for you. This time around I shopped for a sport coat. They had a really nice Jack Victor that is REALLY liked, and other than needing to shorten the sleeves a bit, they had the perfect size for me. It was even on sale, which helped me be able to justify it for myself (it doesn't take much for me to justify a purchase of a nice sport coat!). If you like a true boutique experience when shopping for men's or women's clothes, this will probably be a place you might want to check out!

I personally, was introduced to the brand when I attended the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas, in the 1980s, where I studied Psychology and Business Management, before heading south to the University of Houston, where I graduated from in December 1992. I have never been able to get such fine clothes, but remember that was their store in the Lillian Miller Parkway location. where I bought my clothes and shoes, which I no longer need, being a real live quadrilateral amputee due to meningoccocemia I contracted in Christchurch, New Zealand in September of 1995. Since then, there's been a lot of water under the bridge and I have returned to my boyhood home, Denton, and I am still loving it. Cheers, Mark F.
