She was a hard worker and was managing a ton while also working with customers. However, I did hear her get onto an employee right next to me because the employee put a perfume bottle down where it didn't belong. The staff just look miserable and managers should not be telling employees off in front of customers...it's uncomfortable. There was another employee that was nice and helpful and though VS is typically females-only, I like that they're becoming more exclusive and branching out. The dressing room was not well managed and no one is checking bags to see how many items you're bringing in. The room itself was filthy.
