Owners are rude, products are of poor quality and overpriced. Do not recommend. There are much better shops on the avenue.

Totally agree with others about the high pressure staff, which in this case I think was the owner. That said, he was nice enough and backed off when I insisted I didn't need a sweater that he offered to discount even more beyond the sale price. I'm no stranger to saying no, so I had no problem pushing back, and he was receptive to that. I don't actually mind the concept of suggesting other things that might look good, but I did find it weird that the dressing rooms don't have mirrors, so you have to walk out and interact more with the sales people. I'm lucky that I liked both things I ended up buying -- a layered linen-style shirt and a striped maxi dress with an interesting cutout back. Both were on sale for $50, which felt reasonable. read more

Fantastic accidental find, when I went in for a shirt and came out an hour later with four dresses, still leaving three behind. I had an amazing saleswoman who totally "got" me. She is the size of a pencil, and I am NOT, but she understood my shape and my style right away and kept finding items that made me feel great, which has not happened in a while. Plus, she told me when something did not look good, which gave her credibility. I don't like being flattered when it's not true. Yes, many of the items are not inexpensive, but she was terrific about finding ones on sale. I really could have happily bought seven of the dresses I tried on. The owner/buyer has terrific taste: unique but not weird, a variety of styles, and for different body types. I hosted a TEDx event the next day in one of my new finds, and I felt amazing. I don't live close, but I will be back. read more

Seeing the beautiful clothes in the window, I walked into the trendy looking women's clothing store. The owner of OGGI 5, a Frenchman, Olivier told me to browse. I felt no pressure from him to buy. "The trendy clothes change often," Olivier told me. When I asked for help, he suggested some tops and two dresses. As I was trying on, I noticed the quality of the materials. I love this! I chose a necklace from the costume jewelry section while Olivier offered me an expresso. I'll be back soon again to OGGI 5. read more

Oggi Boutique and Olivier are absolutely brilliant! Every season I can guarantee that the merchandise at Oggi will be fashionable, comfortable and affordable. The entire staff at Oggi makes you feel as if they are buying specifically for you when they are choosing their merchandise....and I love my phone call or an instagram post regarding what is new and what might work in my wardrobe. I recently purchased a dress for my daughter who is very hard to fit. After a lengthy conversation with Olivier, the store owner, about which size to purchase, I went with his recommendation. When I got home, the dress fit my daughter perfectly! Olivier is extremely knowledgeable about women's fashion and sizing and was delightful to speak with. I love shopping at this store for 2 reasons. The most important is Olivier, the French owner. He has amazing taste and suggested that I try on some things that I would not naturally look at. He is not pushy and put some outfits together that look great. He is like having your own personal shopper! Finally, the dresses, jewelry, jackets etc are all beautiful. He buys high quality pieces that are reasonably priced for all occasions. I highly recommend going in and saying hello to Olivier! read more

Some nice clothing at this store at reasonable prices. However you must go with a friend and ignore the salespeople - - whether it is the woman or the owner. Both are extremely high pressure and tell you everything, absolutely everything, looks fabulous on you. So ignore them and only buy what you love because returns are store credit only. read more

When I shopped at OGGI 5 I wanted to try on 3 items of clothing. Unfortunately, there were two high pressure sales persons who kept putting clothing in my room and other customers rooms and insisting that we try them on, totally disregarding privacy. One saleswoman was begging me to try on clothing that I did not want but insisting that I looked fabulous in it. She insisted that I needed to try a new look and she intimidated me. In the end, I bought some things that did not fit when I got in front of my own mirror. When I tried to return them within the week, I was only given store credit instead of a refund. This policy was not posted in the store but only on the receipt. This will be a loss for me, as I never want to go in that shop again. It will be a loss for them because I will be sure to mention it to my friends. Why do retailers think this is a good business practice? If I spend money on your clothing, it should make me happy and I will do your advertising for you. read more

A new OGGI 5 store opened in Boca Raton, FL. I am from out of town and was shopping in the area. They have some very cute clothes; but be careful because, A, they are very high pressure and, B, there are no returns allowed for credit, exchange, anything. The owner and saleslady work as a team, telling everyone that everything looks great on them and that I was so small, which was part of the sales pitch. The saleslady told me to wait until the customers who were at the counter talking with the owner left and then to ask him his best price; she told me I was lucky the owner was there that day as he would make good deals. They said that the sales going on that day were incredible because the "regular store" had the same items at a much higher price. After I bought several items, I realized the return policy is NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO STORE CREDITS for sale items (which everything is on sale) - highly unusual and a red flag. When I got home I Googled the brands on two of the items I bought and I found nothing on them online. There is no tag with laundry instructions on some of the clothing, either. I also Googled the "regular store" and saw no items similar to what I had bought at the "sale" price. I do not feel they are very honest. read more
