Horrible service. Thought I would try them. They dry cleaned when I asked to launder & charged me incorrectly. I was told I would get a credit & later went again & no credit. The manager would not call back. The lady up front was no help & looked lost. Will never go back. No customer service at all. Horrible experience. read more

The women who work the front counter are horribly rude. You don't even have to say anything. As soon as you walk through the door they give you go to hell looks, like they are wondering what you're even doing there. No greeting, nothing. They just stand there looking pissed. And when they finally talk to you it's very curt. read more

Honestly shocked at how terrible this location's customer service is. Probably one of the worst encounters I've ever experienced. I simply wanted a quote on how much it would cost to get event table cloths dry cleaned, not one size but just in general. (I'm in marketing & use all different sizes) Woman refused to help me without dimensions. In the future, I'll make sure my company does not go to any of their locations for services. read more

Business is the art of building and maintaining relationships.... Dutchboy Cleaners' management does not possess the maturity, nor the capability.... of either. After having done business at this store for over 3 years... and averaging a monthly bill of at least $150.00, I will never take anything to Dutchboy again. I had taken a pile of clothes in, most of which were supposed to be laundered, starched, and ironed, but when I got the clothes home and looked at them, I found ALL of them had been dry-cleaned. I called and asked to speak to a manager, because this is unacceptable (I would have just had them redone, but was going out of town). BTW... the manager is NEVER in the store, and evidently works about 5 hours per day, because the next 3 times into the store, I was told they could not get in touch with her. I left messages for her to call me several times, over the course of a month! The employees would say they had relayed my messages to this manager. Then, this morning, I was told she SAID she would get in contact with me... Not one phone call all day. So, I went to pick up my clothes that afternoon with a plan......... I took all of my clothes out to my car. But then, I told the cashier I was going to leave without without paying, unless I spoke to the manager. Well, the cashier picked up the phone and started dialing! And what happened next..? I got to speak to the manager! After telling her that all I wanted was to receive credit for the service I did not ask for, the manager told me to take the clothes and don't come back. Over three years of substantial business was washed away because of one instance in which they did not properly perform the SAME service they had been performing for over three years. The only thing I ask is to have the correct service performed. BTW... The people actually performing the work, do a good job. I've actually been pleased with how my clothes have looked... But the front desk employees (who probably mismarked my ticket/clothes in this instance) and this company's management, are IMHO, inept. At best, they have ZERO customer service skills, and no ability to think about the impact of their actions. My advice is to be careful doing business here. They are WILLING to lose my business. They did NOTHING to find out what happened. They obviously never attempted to fix the issue. If the manager had stopped to think for just one minute out of those 5 hours in her workday, she could have overcome the entire issue with polite attitude and a desire to speak to a disappointed customer. It could have turned out entirely different. I will be happy to take my business elsewhere, and build a healthy relationship with that business. I'll probably save around $75.00/month... Did I mention Dutchboy is VERY EXPENSIVE? I'm a very loyal person, friend, and customer. I can understand mistakes. I can even take bad news. If there was a way I would not have selected a single star. I took in 24 items to try them out for the first time. Never checked the prices I thought how much different could it be from my regular place. WOW! $129 was the total. I about fell over and what are you supposed to do you have to get your clothes back. $5+ each for my fishing shirts. And they rushed me out of there after they saw the look on my face. Still have not heard back from the owner. Good afternoon, I am following up on the email I sent on 2/27 regarding 2 damaged shirts. When I spoke with Terry (the plant manager) and she said it was not the fault of the people or machines at the plant and that it was the defective shirt materials I asked to speak with the owner, because I thought they would rather take care of a loyal customer who spends $50 to $100 every visit. Terry told me she could not give me a phone number (which would have been so much easier) but instead gave me a dutchboycleaners@aol.com, email address and said the owners reply to emails on this account. Well it's been 10 days and I've received no response. Again, please advise what you plan to do regarding my damaged shirts. I called the plant and ask about the damage to my shirts and the manager Terry told me she did see the damage and tried to make it better but it was not her staff or machines that damaged the shirt, it is a material flaw. I explained when the shirts were given to the dry cleaner they were brand new had not been opened and when they were laundered and returned to me they were noticeably damaged, so the fault in my eyes, your customer, lies with Dutch Boy. Terry offered to send the shirts off to be tested to show what damaged them. To me this is a waist of time, when the shirts were given to you they were not damaged and when you returned them they were damaged, plain and simple. I'm not sure why she would offer to spend money on some testing instead of offering to replace the two new shirts that you damaged. Please advise what you plan to do regarding my damaged shirts. Decided to try them out for my work clothes, so I dropped them off on a Friday and pick them up on Monday as they told me to. Prices are to bad, just over $6 dollars for one pair of trousers and $3 for a shirt. I asked for light starch and they used light starch as I instructed. Not to bad of a place if you need a quick turn around service for your clothes or uniforms. They also do offer same day service which is pretty good but I have not utilized that service yet. They only give discounts to Law Enforcement uniform items but do not offer military discount on military uniforms nor clothes. Besides that, clothes were very well organized, employees were very friendly and quickly found my items with no issue at all. read more
