***UPDATE*** As not to disappoint, I have included some pictures for your viewing pleasure... As if I wasn't already miffed by Rose Cleaners & Laundry...they hit a grand slam when I did get in to pick my clothes up from my last review. This is UNREAL!!! They were having trouble locating one of my shirts...of course it happens to be a shirt that I had tailored for me Thailand (couldn't they have just lost a Banana Republic shirt and not an irreplaceable one...sheeesh!)...anywho... They find the shirt and it is TRASHED...it has a rip down the front of it that measures about 8 inches in length! How the hell does that happen??? The red-headed woman doesn't apologize, she just says fill out a form and you'll get reimbursed by the owner. I'm livid at this point, because I suspect the owner isn't going to fly me to Bangkok to have my tailor there whip me up a new one...retards. The gal then says, the balance for the rest of your dry-cleaning amounts to $xx.xx...I thought the woman had lost her damn mind if she thought I was going to pony up a single penny after my shirt was murdered by them. I was pissed and not one to get steamrolled by anyone, I call the owner (apparently I got some manager)...I made my complaint and laid out a pretty sweet deal for them. I said, I'm walking out of here with all my dry cleaning credited to me free of charge and I want $30.00 in cash as a replacement for my shirt (I just wanted to go eat a steak at this point, and figured I'll have these jackasses at Roses pay for it). Done deal...got my stuff and $30.00 and off I went...wasn't until I pulled out another one of my shirts from the plastic to wear that I see they burned it on the press...UNBELIEVABLE. This place has molotov cocktail written all over it! I may have just experienced the worst customer service ever! I was pressed for time Saturday Oct 28th when I stopped at Rose Cleaners. Both employees were working with one, obviously a very important person. I was patiently and quietly waiting my turn when, with no provocation, Linda (employee) turned on me and said, "If you will just sit down, we'll be with you in a few minutes." Needless to say I was taken aback by her tone and attitude. I simply replied, "I need to come back later." I left with my clothes and returned after my appointment was completed Upon my return I was talked to with disrespect and a rancorous attitude. She (Linda) sorted my laundry with unbelievable disdain wished me (with a spiteful attitude) to have a very wonderful day! When I picked up my clothes 3 days later, I found she had dry cleaned two pair of COTTON walking shorts to the tune of $7.99 each! I 'll never return. I was insulted twice and was overcharged as some sort of punishment by an employee with zero people skills. There are many cleaners in my neighborhood. I'll investigate them. read more

Avoid this place...terrible management and customer service...They gave my suite out to someone else and I was without it for a month +...Owner Paul and Manager Jesse did not call me to address issue...I had to keep asking what they would do to compensate me...suit was less than a year old and they acted like it was no big deal...I needed suit for work and they did nothing to compensate me for loss...I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know to beware...there should be laws about a company like this with all these terrible reviews. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaner . They bleached my pants and then told me it was my fault that I sat in milk ! Wow really are they retarded . Then to top it off gave me run around bout replacing them and when they did was not same pair I had b4 sad cheap version ! Overall I've had good service and good results on my clothes. A little pricey for my tastes, but I'll take that for quality. Plus they offset that a bit with the discount cards. As a former dry cleaners owner, I'm very picky and searched around and tried just about every cleaners in the area before landing on Rose Cleaners. I'll ignore the bad reviews because they've been great for me and everyone makes a mistake from time to time, remembering that the rusty wheel makes the most noise. read more

Tammy who helped me was great, asked for pricing but she could not prove the items until later, so she informed the price and even with my 20% coupon it is extremely high priced, charged extra for length, material and lining. Been getting four of these five dresses dry clean regular and paid just a 1/4 of what the estimate was at Rose's there service was great but way to over charge. I even think because I have a coupon they charged higher to make up the difference. So I told them please don't wash them and I take them somewhere else. I went on a reference from my friend who says it is usually only 13 dollars for a dress but they were charging my closet to 20 dollars a dress then with the coupon it went down to 80 dollars for five dresses very pricey. I feel as I got hiked up for the coupon. Tammy was patient and friendly but not worth the extra fees for customer service that was good. read more

Absolutely horrible first time experience at this place. They don't except coupons unless you have them with your incoming order. Which is a terrible business practice with seemingly no real purpose. There is no effort made on their part to ensure a pleasant customer service experience. Every employee I encountered was totally incompetent and unwilling to make customers happy and give them a reason to want to return. On top of all that, they are absurdly overpriced and put a limit to how much a 34% off coupon can discount on an order to $10. read more

I'm not so sure about this place. The first time we went, our clothes came back clean-smelling and pressed--but the dirt that as on them when we dropped them off was still on there. Didn't take them back because a week had passed before I used them. Took them a second load recently and a coat came back still dirty with mud (rest looks okay). Will be taking it back to ask them to clean it again. The staff is not especially efficient, although perfectly pleasant. I'm going to give them one more chance to make it right. read more

But I was simply astounded at their customer service. I had never known such friendly customer service in a drycleaners and they were really friendly. My roommate went out of town and I had been dyeing to wear her new dress that she had just bought. With my luck, she left the dress and went out of town. That night my boyfriend asked me out on a dinner date and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to wear her white dress and have it back in the morning where she left it. Unfortunately, my boyfriend is a butterfingers and spilled RED wine all over my WHITE dress. My roommate would be returning the next day and I needed to get her dress cleaned fast! I went to Rose Cleaners the very next morning and spoke to the manager explaining my situation. He said that, "If anyone can get that out they could" with no extra charge. That afternoon I went to pick up her dress finding it just the way it had been prior to my date. Rose Cleaners did more than get the job done; they did it fast and didn't hurt my wallet. I needed a dress cleaned for a wedding and I dropped off my dress and got it back the next afternoon as promised. They even were able to get out a stain that I did not think they would be able to remove. I planned on hiding it somehow.
