Great customer service! Attendant took time to explaining their process. Machines very effective. Prices reasonable - you do purchase a card for machine use; however, there is no fee charged for card. Unlike another laundymat up the street. Free popcorn. Free Wifi. Laundry products were available for purchase from attendant. Appreciated that the products were not in a machine for a crazy price. Will go back again when my quilts need washing.. read more

The establishment stood out for its cleanliness and calming atmosphere, making the experience enjoyable. I am certainly inclined to return in the future. this is a really nice place to do your laundry. it's cool that it's 24 hours too. especially with being a girl that doesn't have her car and boyfriend coming home late. this place provides soap if you didn't bring any and it's all affordable! to me the washers and dryers are affordable as well. it gets a bit awkward with some of the people that go in there to do laundry, but it's a good place to do laundry overall. read more

This place must be new since everything is so shiny and pretty! I really liked how clean this location is I'm not sure if it's new or just well kept up with. I hope they open up a location close to where I live since I really enjoyed doing my laundry here. I do wish I didn't have to deal with filling a card with money that was the only annoying part. read more

This place use to be so clean all the time. The employees would keep it clean. Now everytime I come it is filthy. I choose to bring my business here because it was the nicest laundry mat in this area. You guys need to start hiring better employees. Theres two here right now and one is behind the counter doing absolutely nothing but listening to music. While the other is just walking around the store. The floor is covered with trash and dryer sheets and instead of getting a push broom and going around the laundry mat he is just grabbing bits and pieces here and there. Theres a mop bucket and caution sign on the floor like someone is using it but the floor is completely dry. As I write this review one employee is walking around with the broom but passing up all the hair and dirt. He keeps going outside. I was absolutely disgusted walking in. There was trash everywhere on the floor. It makes no sense to me to clean your clothes in a place that doesn't care about cleanliness. If I was the owner of this place. These people you have here right now would be looking for a different job. If I still didn't have money on my laundry card I would not come here again. Only reason I gave two stars is because I dont have to worry about the door walking in because its automatic read more

Recently opened and extremely clean laundromat. They have detergent, dryer sheets, and even snacks and drinks for sale. Plenty of washers and dryers to choose from, and they take debit cards if you're like me and don't carry cash on you. read more

Extremely clean and inviting. I went yesterday and they are taking extra precaution with covid 19 and only allowing people to drop off clothes to wash and dry as I waited in the car. Thank you for taking care of our community. They also only allow 10 at one time. read more

I wanted to drop laundry off and the attendant came up with every reason in the world for this not to take place. Instead of just saying she didn't want to do it. First, she was in the back so that was around 5 minutes before I could even find anyone to help me. Second, she comes over and asks what color bag I want since I have never been there before. I tell her anything is fine and she still goes through all of the colors they have and then tells me that they only have green and I say again green is fine. Third, she goes over to mop the floor and sing a song while I transfer clothes from my bag to their bag. Once I'm done she finishes her area of the floor and comes back to look at the closed bag to ask if the clothes fit I said yes and she told me that she needed my name and I gave it to her and she said wait, hold on a minute only my first name five letters. Then she asked for my last name same thing. The whole while she is talking to someone on the phone and singing a song at the same time. She let me know that she was going to try to write another song today and I told her that's good. Next, she tells me to put my card into the card reader machine and this is where we run into the problem. It is a square machine and you generally have to see the screen for the prompts.  She left it facing her.   She tells me that it's not taking my card and I ask her how does she mean and she does not answer because it's a different story if it's not reading the chip or if it's not being accepted. Then she started telling me to calm down and not to yell at her and I let her know that I wasn't yelling at her but I can't see any prompts on my side since I can't see the screen then she is saying all kinds of stuff on the phone and finally I ask for the manager's phone number and she tells me that she is texting them right now. Then she starts yelling at me while I'm transferring my clothes from their bag to my back to my bag because I didn't pay for it and she keeps telling me please leave sir or I am going to call security.  I then tell her that I did not pay for the bag and I am putting my clothes back in my bag and she cuts me off again telling me not to yell at her and that she is going to call security. I have never been treated like that anywhere and I travel for work about 40 weeks out of the year and get laundry done all over the place.  I did not take the time to acknowledge anything else she was saying and I finished putting my things in my bag.  This situation made me about an hour late for work with no laundry done.  Upon leaving and writing this review I sent a message to the "Contact Me" section of the SpinXpress website. Update:  10/18/21 12:45 pm 4 hours later I still have not received any type of return correspondence from SpinXpress.  At this point, I would no longer choose to use them and I am probably regarded as a lost customer anyway so why bother with it.  As I look at the other terrible reviews on Google though I would like some type of resolution for future customers.  I am not an unreasonable person and expect only 2 things 1 is to pay for an additional service and 2 to pay for that service.  I know that it is difficult to keep decent employees right now but it is more difficult to keep good customers and all of the employees in the world are useless without customers.  I still await a response from management. read more
