We are originally from Cali. We very rarely had issues with any of the Dutch locations there ever. We were so so excited when this location opened but it really seems like the line is insanely long every time we come here and there are never enough Broistas outside taking orders on the handheld. In Cali there is almost always 3-4 people taking orders outside regardless of time of day. Maybe all the employees are still fairly new, but we constantly have extremely long wait times at this location. The employees are nice but every time I come there is only 1-2 people making drinks. We avoid this location if we can and go to the Parker location as they seem to have it together. read more

My husband and I were very curious about trying this place after seeing the drive-thru lines always wrapping around the building. We figured if people were willing to wait in those lines it must be good. But we were very let down by our drinks. My husbands 911 cold brew was almost too sweet to drink and my tropical ice tea was nothing more than colored water. I'm very torn. Dutch Bros is my favorite coffee out there by far. I don't go anywhere else. I've gone to this location twice and my usual drink hasn't been as good as the Colfax location l used to drive a long way to get. I get a hot banana cream pie mocha. I came in last week and got one, and I'm not sure if they put any flavoring in it. I just left there now after getting another one with caramel drizzle added but again I cant taste any banana cream pie flavor at all. I'm super excited to have a Dutch Bros so close me but the drinks have not been as good as the other locations I've been to. That being said it's still a hundred times better than any other coffee establishment. Really hoping I can bump up my score if I can get a mocha that has the flavor I ask for. read more

Ahh I love their coffee and the service is wonderful. I can't get over the wait. It's soooo frustrating to drive by hoping to get a coffee from Dutch Bros today to see 30+ cars wrapped around the other businesses in the parking lot. And it's at all hours! It doesn't matter if it's 8 am or 5pm the lines are ridiculous. On at least 10 different occasions, I've driven by this location only to be frustrated with how ridiculous the lines are and drive to Starbucks. I don't get how this is such an everyday issue and it seems to be at such random times. I really love everything else about Dutch. I go here almost every Saturday morning before 7am to try and beat the line. This morning I got there and there was already one building in front of and behind me. I always order my drinks iced with no ice bc I take them to work for myself and co workers at 10, normally this is no issue and I get chilled full drinks that are labeled and have stickers over the mouth spout. This morning the gentleman working the window was super polite and nice but the gentleman making the drinks was very short and basically told me my order was wrong, so I got 3 unlabeled half full large drinks with no spill stickers. I mentioned normally when I order them that they are full drinks and he told me that's not right and how it was done was right. The gentleman working the world die offered to have them remade but at that point I'd been in line for 15 min and didn't want to find it up for the ppl behind me. I've used the same verbiage the past 2 months ordering so if that's wrong I don't know how every other time it's been fine. Just disappointing. read more

Horrible first experience. Drove in at busy time and after waiting in line the young man said they could not take cash. I explained that I had exact change I just wanted a couple cups of coffee. He ask his Manager Jason and he said that I could not get a cup of coffee in fact I have to wait in line or turn around. So Jason had numerous cars turn around in the drive thru. Wow I was speechless. $11.00 worth of coffee to have a customer who will never go back and will tell others about my experience. Corporate you need to train your managers better. I have worked customer service jobs my entire life, so I can easily say that this establishment has some of the best, up beat, kind employees I have ever met. Every single time I come here there's always an employee who takes the extra step to have a genuine conversation with me and that means more to customers than people now. Besides the fact that the employees are the best, the first few times I tried their drinks I honestly didn't understand why people hyped this place up so much because I thought it sucked until I tried the iced Ba Nay Nay latte and I absolutely hate coffee and I think it taste disgusting, but that is the absolute best drink I have ever had in my whole life. Every single time I go to Dutch bros, I am greeted by the NICEST person ever. They're so friendly, really helpful and SO sweet! The best service I have ever received. Better than Olive Garden! When you're here you are family! I absolutely loved the two barista's named Mary. They were so sweet so kind an absolute blessing to my day. I would highly recommend this location because every time I come I am just so much happier than when I arrived. After asking for their favorite drinks they proceeded to give us the best drink I have ever had. It was so good like I cannot describe the joy that this brought me. It was pure serotonin in a cup. I was satisfied with my order before I even got the drinks because that's how nice they were. And then when I received my drink it was like I was astronomically more happy. I didn't think that was possible because I already reached the peak happiness point when they had took my order but you know what, when my drink was there too it was just perfect. read more

I visited the reunion location and I am leaving a one star because I just ordered an iced coffee and ended up getting home and realizing that 3/4 of it was ice! Save your money, go local or even Starbucks. This is my second visit to a Dutch Brothers in Colorado. The first in Parker, they messed up my order. It's so busy, impossible to rectify when its drive thru only. My rating is for my visit to the Arapahoe location on Saturday 5/30. I arrived around 4 pm. Even with dual drive thru lines it took more than 30 minutes to get my drinks. I ordered a large Keto Cold Brew and a medium Birthday Cake Dutch Freeze. My drink, ugh!! After 30 minutes in the drive thru I get to the window. I see my drink, a cup filled bottom to top with ice. The gal at the window looks at the gal making drinks. She tells her that was supposed to be a large. Right in front of me, you won't believe this. She gets a large cup, pours the contents in a large cup. Then to top it off in the large drink cup, did I get more cold brew. Nope, not one single ounce. She scoops more ice in it and stuffed a lid on. Sorry I didn't order the large cup of ice with coffee flavor. I proceed to say "Wow!!! Next time I should order no ice". They just looked at me. Maybe I should have asked for another. I would have been doing a disservice to the 40 cars behind me. I am pretty sure there was maybe 8oz of cold brew in this cup. LAME! My wife's drink did not taste like birthday cake in the slightest. No sprinkles, just looked and tasted like a frozen coffee. Left a message on their contact us on the website. Zero response. Save your money, go elsewhere. I love that this location opened up! It's much more convenient for my family and I, as we all LOVE this place. The drinks come out perfect every time. Considering it's always busy (because it's that good) the wait times are much shorter compared to other locations, which is awesome since I know I can go without worrying about time. Nothing special about their coffee. Im sure the crazy variety they have may appeal to some, but for a standard COFFEE drink, it is no better than Dunkin or Starbucks. Not worth waiting in line for, just find a smaller shop for your coffee where you won't wait half an hour . read more

The customer service is always incredible however, this location could use some more training on how to make the drinks and stick to a recipe. This is the closest Dutch bros to my house (about 20 minutes) and I typically will drive all the way over instead of doing to Starbucks but I might need to go back to starbucks because I at least know I'm going to consistently get a good drink. Ive ordered the same drink at Dutch bros but some how it turns out different each time. My drink the last two times have tasted like hookah because the amount of raspberry flavoring has been added in excessive amounts and masked any other flavor the drink is supposed to have. I wouldn't usually complain but I've never had any issues with Dutch bros drinks until I started going to this location... maybe because this location is still new. read more
