I used to be a regular at this Dutch Bros and went almost every day. The baristas knew my order and even knew me by name, which I always appreciated. The friendliness and energy were part of why I kept coming back. Unfortunately, one interaction completely changed my experience. One afternoon around 4pm, a barista with bangs (who I had seen there several times before) asked why I was getting coffee so late in the day. I mentioned I had been up studying for the MCAT until 4am the night before. I had talked before with other baristas about studying since it's been a huge part of my life for the past year. Instead of just making conversation, she proceeded to ask, "Don't you have a job?" I explained that I had previously worked as a nurse and saved money so I could dedicate time to studying. She then asked if I lived alone and responded with "Wow, must be nice." The tone felt judgmental and honestly made me really uncomfortable. I understand Dutch Bros encourages conversation, but there's a line between being friendly and asking intrusive personal questions. Customers shouldn't feel like they need to justify their life choices to a barista while ordering coffee. At the time I was studying 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for the MCAT. It's already an incredibly stressful process, and the last thing I expected was to feel judged while grabbing a coffee. Since then I've stopped going to Dutch Bros and now go to Starbucks instead. My fiance and I used to come to this Dutch bros all the time but have stopped coming here as often as it usually takes 30-40 minutes to get your drinks. Today we ordered ahead online and the app said our drinks would be ready by 3:30pm. We got there and walked up to the window to let them know we were there for a pickup. They told us they were still making out drinks but they'd be right out. We didn't receive our drinks until 4:00pm (30 minutes later) despite ordering ahead for pick up and being told they'd be ready at 3:30pm. Do not come to this location if you are in a hurry or have somewhere to be because whether you order online, order at the window, or go through the drive through, you'll be waiting 30 minutes at the very least. read more

I typically come here if I want a sweet drink but if I need actual caffeine, I'd go elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, their drinks are good! I've had a large variety of them and they've all been tasty but it doesn't work for me when I need caffeine. I just wish their coffee drinks kept me awake as needed when I order them. I've never been indoors since we typically only use the drive through. The service is still always awesome and they are always quick with my order too! read more

Service is awesome. My drink was really biter, so I went back through the drive thru, they made me another drink and wanted to make sure I was happy with it before I left again. They were very patient about the whole thing. My son and I have been on a nonfat sugar free kick lately, this place delivers so many options for us. The iced or blended taste better than the hot drinks in my opinion though. I'd say get your hot drinks from black rock across the street, but if you're looking for a cold delicious sweet drink, stop in here. read more

Great coffee and menu and employees have amazing attitudes however the drive through is a nightmare. Went on a Monday at 4:00 after work and waited for over 20 minutes. Once you commit to the line there's no getting out. The parking lot and drive in entrance is not ideal either. just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes while three employees did whipped cream shots. they were talking to their friend who ordered one drink that took the whole time to make; for reference our two drinks took two minutes. They took no orders as their friends got out of the car to do the whipped cream shots with them and watched the line increase by five cars. you could see them through the door doing whipped cream shots inside the building and they kept staring back at us and all the other cars. it wasn't until we shined our brights that someone came outside to take our order and they seemed very passive aggressive the whole time. i've noticed a reoccurring issue where dutch bros employees will take far too much time to serve and talk to their friends. i understand wanting to chat and visit with people you know while at work, it just needs to be within reason. read more

I've heard nothing but great things about dutch brothers coffee had to check it out. I was looking for something other than the big coffee place that everyone goes to. The service was friendly and very accommodating. It was a little tough because I couldn't see an actual menu when I was ordering. I got a peppermint mocha latte which was good but not extraordinary and no cheaper than the previously mentioned spot. Happy but not overjoyed by the experience. read more
