Very welcoming and wonderful cause! Spaces suitable for solo work, intimate coffee chat, and group gathering. They also serve bonfire burritos supporting locals! Would love to bring my Denver visitors here

This café is such a cozy and charming place! The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, with comfy sofas and a very inviting vibe. I also loved the fresh flowers on the tables -- such a sweet touch that makes the space feel even more pleasant and welcoming. The coffee is absolutely delicious -- truly one of the best in the city. I especially loved the lavender latte, it was amazing! The staff is super sweet and friendly, which made the experience even better. It was a pleasure to spend time here. I also love the big garage-style doors and the large balcony -- it feels like a perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors in the summer. Highly recommend!

This business supports those battling mental health issues and seeks to provide a place where youth feel supported and seen. What a tremendous cause to stand behind and applaud. The owner is incredibly congenial and kind, with a heart that strives to help others. The space is airy, bright and beautiful, with phenomenal views. Parking is in ample supply, though the entrance to the coffee shop itself can be somewhat confusing for new customers. My sugar free lavender breve on ice was refreshing and not overly sweet. They also offer sugar free vanilla syrup for those with dietary restrictions. From the scent of fresh flowers adorning coffee tables, to the smiling server taking your order, this is the sort of place that invites you to savor and stay awhile.

Concessions available are beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and snacks. The facility is really quite spectacular. I recently visited to view the Roland Bernier retrospective which included a substantial selection of his work from the 1980s/1990s. The expansive lobby provided an excellent setting for his large-scale works. Additional art display space is available in the long hallway that leads from the lobby to the administration offices. The Arts Center has a busy schedule of theatrical and musical events that are presented in the Main Stage and Terrace theaters. There is also a regular schedule of art exhibits. This is a well-designed complex that offers many reasons to visit for those with an interest in many areas of the arts.

The Lake House reopened during quarantine with many restrictions around food and social distancing, but we still had a blast. Parking was awful because the main entrance was blocked off, so we found a nearby school lot. It was a nice walk down to the marina. We headed straight to the bar and ordered White Claws and shots. Not sure if this is their typical alcohol selection or limited because of COVID-19. Either way, there was one bartender juggling all the patrons, and she was always friendly. Seating lined the outdoor patio facing the beach. My friend said there used to be live music here, but I guess we'll have to wait until the pandemic is over. For food, they only had basic hot dogs roasting in the oven and bags of chips. For how much we drank, I'm grateful there was anything. Overall it's a decent pub and a perfect spot to take the pups after a day in Cherry Creek park.

This estate is really popular for weddings and local events - around Halloween, Christmas/Holiday season and spring - but also allows visitors daily, for free guided tours! The mansion itself is HUGE, ornately decorated and fun to explore! The history of the property is documented on the walls and throughtou the space, but I recommend a tour! My husband and I went to a recent paranormal event - featuring a local business who specialized in ghost hunting. It was a little cheesy at times, but exploring the mansion, on our own, at night, in the dark, proved to be a spooky experience - especially after learning about the lives lived and deaths at the mansion. Perfect ghost territory! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and able to provide excellent education around the mansion and on those who lived inside. Definitely a must see in the burbs!

Paul introduced us to Janan and with a warm and welcoming smile she introduced herself and asked if we were ready for a tour. The entire volunteer team that we met were so motivated about sharing the story of the castle and those that lived within it. So if you want an awesome experience and some great Colorado history then you would be well advised to make a trip to Highlands Ranch Mansion.
