You can tell he really values customer care because he was so attentive & extremely helpful when he was breaking down the menu and their most popular drinks! I am an avid coffee drinker so I can tell when there is great quality of coffee! I will say Dutch Bros has some of the smoothest & riches coffees I've had! I highly recommend the Golden Eagle (their most popular drink) The Peach Rebel was surprisingly good as well! At least with the crazy lines and people taking your order in line at In-N-Out, they have flip menus on their order devices so you can browse before ordering. Dutch Bros. might benefit from this too.
