There was an aggressive salesman barbering out of the window with eyes of deceit. I think there is something neglectful about the establishment, as I witnessed action that was out of bounds, seemingly. There needs to be a thorough search and rescue of the heart of Dutch Bros in Canby, Oregon, as the drinks that speak volumes to me are being tainted by employees with company supplies, perhaps, and the service is lacking the energy drink spirit. I was SO exhausted this morning after a long night and very early morning with my daughter before having to leave for school. As a single mom in college trying to make a better life for us I almost never splurge on coffee but if I do I'm a die hard Dutch Bros fan because of HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE! The girl who took my order wouldn't let me pay, and the young man at the window was so pleasant and friendly. The way that the drive through is laid out is very weird to start especially if you have never been to this location, the arrows say this way to drive through and there's 2 arrows and then cones but no clear directions. Very confusing and it does appear that there is not enough room to drive that way either although there is. I parked and walked in and the atmosphere was so loud one could not hear let alone think! Walked up to the counter to be told I needed to order with someone else and I'm like um ok who? And where are they? Turns out they were behind me and I ordered and bring as it was so loud she got my order wrong. Then since I was paying with cash I had to go up to the counter to pay, and yes same counter I originally went to order at. Then I was told oh I'm going to take tho guys money first and I'm not even sure how he ordered before me since I know he didn't order when the gal I did. There is no order in this place. They scream out orders at the top of their lungs because the music is blaring. I get my coffee and they tell me a single shot breve, I correct them and tell them it's an extra sweet salted caramel breve with extra shot that's a large. I guess I irritated them because when I received my corrected drink it was so hot I barely could hold it and definitely could not drink it until I got to Keizer and that was almost back home for me. Then when I was able to drink it line behold no salted caramel syrup at all. Trust me I will not return to this location at all and do not recommend at all. The 2nd reason is that that the blaring music and screaming out drinks at top of lungs caused an instant migraine and one I have yet to be able to get rid of at 4 plus hours later. So if you are prone to getting Migraines due to loud noises, screaming or loud music I definitely do not suggest this location. To use the drive through here you need to go all the way around the building to access the drive through. Cool location, first time I've seen a Dutch that was more then a drive through. Staff was great, line was big today but they got our orders early so when we got to the window they were ready. Our drinks are complicated and this is only our second time to this spot and they made them perfect both visits. I hope they add more to inside as far as some shirts or hats but we were curious about what the inside was like. It was nice to be able to check out the cups and hydro flasks before buying one. I had heard that this was the coffee place to try (we're from out of town and had never heard of this magical place). So we googled the closest one - after the wedding we were here for had finished. This location was the closest. We didn't know what to expect. But we were blown away by ALL THE CHOICES for drinks! I mean... whaaaaat?!? I got a French Toast Breve and we got a birthday cake and s'mores and more. They were all good. Not too sweet which my mother-in-law truly appreciated. But the best part was the friendliness of the staff. We told the drive-thru attendant that we had never been here and definitely needed help. She was patient, kind, and informative- and fun to boot. It was an amazing experience and we were touched by how truly kind they were. If I ever see a Dutch Bros near me I will definitely give it my business. honestly i've been putting off giving this review because i wanted to give myself some time to think about why i should rate this 1 star. well let's start with #1 i was the only person in line, no one was behind me, no one was in front of me. so i drove in the drive thru and after waiting to have my order taken. a car had pulled up behind me. the people at this dutch bros told me to leave the drive thru and enter again because i "cut" infront of the person behind me. i had been waiting 10 minutes prior to give my order. i was also in a rush. and then when the car behind me went to the window it seemed like they were friends with the people at this dutch bros so they basically let their friends go first before me who had been waiting 10 minutes. #2 the drink was mid okay, the quality wasn't even there. really disappointed. if you want quality customer service and drinks go to dutch bros in oregon city. way way way better than canby. read more

I was not satisfied with water burn so I decided to come to Canby and it was the same thing here it was disrespectful and rude. They gave us water down drinks it's because they're in a hurry but just because they're in a hurry does it mean that they have to be rude to their customers they don't have to be disrespectful or give us water down drinks they should be kind and nice it's not our fault if they're having a bad day overall terrible customer service. But what really got me was the barista decided to add a $1 tip to my order (one drink) before handing the CC matching to me to sign. I would have added one but that is MY decision to do so. I've been traveling a lot, on average I will visit 4-5 Dutch Bros per trip, and I've been avoiding this one, it's sad when this is in the town of your destination, and you'll drive 15-20 minutes to go to other ones instead. I went here for the first time this morning and I couldn't have been happier with my drink. I had a lot of questions because I get really sick with wheat cross contaminations and basically starbucks makes me sick every time. I was told to go to Dutch bros and I'd have better luck. A girl named Annie helped and answered all my questions. She was very nice and I didn't feel rushed. My drink was delicious and more importantly didn't make me sick! Extremely annoyed with the service provided at this location. I've actually never had a good experience from any Dutch bros. the espresso tastes burnt, everything is loaded with sugar, and (extremely exemplified at this specific location) there's absolutely no sense of urgency. I was also extremely frustrated with the service due to the fact that all three workers were laughing and giggling within the work place but when taking our order they lacked personality and a positive attitude. Definitely not something you ever want to experience at a coffee window. Last but not least, the girl taking our order (after asking NOT to put whipped cream on the blue pom smoothie) asked us twice if we wanted whipped cream on the smoothies. We had a bad experience here. You have the chance to go inside so we did to use the bathroom and order and there was loud dance remix music playing so you couldn't here anything, and the milk was being left out by the REGISTER! There are 3 cartons of milk half empty just sitting there and we watched her use one and put it back. Yuck. read more

I love Dutch Bros coffee and totally agree about the people being super awesome and coffee is consistent. My issue is this. I am overcharged about every three times I am in there unless I talk to them about price. My drink is typically anywhere between $2-$3.50 depending on the size. I order pretty much the same thing when I go and I go in on a fairly regular basis since I work in the area. I just looked at my statement today and saw I was charged $5.00 for a drink that is typically $3.50. It's not the first time. It sucks that I have to constantly ask what they are charging me, tell them the pricing is not correct, then pay. I know that new employees come in and sometimes mistakes are made but it happens often enough that it is feeling like an issue. Will I continue to go there? Absolutely. But will always ask so that my pricing is for what I am paying for. read more

I love Dutch Bros but this location doesn't have very good customer service. They argued with us that the drink was made correctly, even though we could taste that it wasn't. They didn't make the drinks with the whipped cream and chocolate on top like they advertise and when we asked them to fix it they ripped the cups from our hands in anger and did a sloppy job. When I am paying $5+ for a drink I expect it to be done right with politeness. I get that they aren't perfect but when I ask for the drink to be fixed it shouldn't be such an issue. read more
