Mom had the grilled cheese with sweet potato fries (they were even good as cold leftovers!!). The sandwich comes with a combo of 3 melted cheeses. Dad had the honey glazed chicken. Also really good. Hubby had the 2-meat BBQ plate with pulled pork and 1/2 rack of ribs. He really liked his ribs. He was pleased with the baked beans, too. And I got the steak salad. Delicious! When trying a new place, I always go for that and I was not disappointed one bit! I tried both the baker's roll (rosemary and sage today) and the heart attack roll. Neither made me think I was eating GF. As first-timers, we were given free chocolate chip cookies. The centers were soft and moist with crisp edges. I do like a ymmy sweet to finish off the meal. The large menu can seem a bit overwhelming, but once you figure out how the BBQ plates work, it's easy to order one of their standard dishes, or customize your own combo. I ended up going with the "Single Plate", with an additional side. I got pulled pork with Carolina BBQ sauce, mac n' cheese, a baker's roll (varies from day to day), and added sweet potato waffle fries. Everything was delicious. The pulled pork was a little more "wet" than I'm used to, but it was smoky and flavorful, especially with the BBQ sauce. The roll was almost muffin-like, with rosemary seasoning mixed into the batter, which I quite enjoyed. The mac n' cheese definitely has a cheesy texture, with a caramelized top, but the flavors weren't as sharp as I like -- still very good, especially after I accidentally spilled some of that Carolina BBQ sauce on top of it. My food gets all mixed together on a BBQ plate, anyway; so why not? LOL The sweet potato waffle fries get their own section, because they were that good. The coating was crispy and well seasoned, with a slight kick -- they were amazing. I would probably ask for ketchup to dip them in next time, but since they had brought me extra BBQ sauce (without my asking), I just used that... or ate them without any dipping sauce. Our server was amazing throughout our lunch. She was always friendly and informative, and really helped make for a great experience. She remembered our cookies at the end (we got them to go), and didn't miss a beat when we decided to order from their dessert case last minute. Since it was "pi day", they had lots of pie related options -- all small servings, for 1 or 2. My wife and I shared a Key Lime bar, which was delicious. It was a little richer than I expected, but was nice and creamy, with that tart lime kick. The crust was good and crunchy, too. We knew coming in that this establishment was all gluten-free, even though nobody in our party needed to avoid gluten, and I was preparing myself to be disappointed -- and I can happily say that never happened! A lot of what E&T serves is homemade, and they obviously know what they are doing, so their GF offerings far surpass many dining establishment's full gluten options. If you have lower expectations for GF food, as I did, leave them at the door. Even my daughter, who is a pretty good baker herself, was impressed with the "heart attack" roll that she ordered with her meal -- we have never seen GF bread that fluffy! These guys obviously know what they are doing. Oh yeah, and those chocolate chip cookies? So good -- soft, and loaded with chocolate chips. We will definitely stop in again next time we are in the area.

They aren't fully filled and most of it is the foamed milk. It does seem like the iced drinks are more filled (when I see other customer's drinks). The coffee is okay and they have plenty of fun drink combinations on their menu. Haven't tried any of their pastries and they even have an ice cream station, for probably the warmer months. Overall, the coffee is okay, the price is decent, but for how inconsistent the amount you get I can't see myself coming here on a regular basis.

I think that's incredibly expensive. I was going to order 8 or 9 items, but that price freaked me out, so I said yes to the exlair. My marionberry fritter was tough and very hard to chew. My apple fritter was excellent. Soft and fried with a nice consistency. The frosting on the cupcakes was not good. Really, not good. The cupcakes were very good though. They need to change their recipe on the Frosting. My husband ate the entire maple bar, so it must have been good. That over priced eclair.... you want to know if it was good? Um, yes it was. Very good. Still over priced, but very good. I hate that they ask if you want to tip. I walked to the counter and ordered. I didn't taste the food, so I guess they are asking me to tip because she rang me up? Tipping is out of control and a huge reason why I will skip going back sometimes. I paid over $30 for 5 pastries. It is clean, plenty of seating and the layout seems workable. It is a pretty small shop so everyone around you can hear your conversations and the conversations behind the counter. Some mildly louder music would solve that. My husband and I stopped in before the Harvest Festival this fall and we were in a mild hurry(had 20 min to get to the festival to volunteer) and we were about 10 minutes late making it a 30 min wait, We were the only people in line so We ordered 2 coffees. I always try to order something from a new place that is hard to mess up, I go with a chai. It was pretty flavorless and I asked for it "dirty" where there was no shots of espresso added and it was barely even hot.. My husband likes a sweet blended coffee so he ordered the milkshake coffee from the menu... it came iced with a scoop of ice cream in it.. weird. My husbands luck turned when they messed up a bagel, as a result he got one for free* it was delicious he said and he would go back for another one! I would give them another try because I know people have their off days but going out is getting more and more expensive and we should not need to ask for remakes on items, that is why a ticket prints off with the modifications to reference. I'm excited to see a business like this in town I hope they do well for years to come. A space for children or a library section would be a bonus!
