The girl taking my order was lovely and super helpful in this situation but the girls on the walk up side making drinks need help. I'm currently low to dairy free because of my newborn being dairy sensitive and I came and ordered a drink with oat milk and they had mistakenly added soft top which is no biggie! But instead of remaking it, the girl making it had a visible attitude and went and just dumped off the soft top and tried to hand that to me with remnants still all over the top. I asked her to remake it and I was shocked that the management wouldn't have a protocol in place to automatically remake this. What if someone with a severe allergy came in? Okay now normally I get great service when I come thru but this morning it was like to girl paid no attention to what I ordered. I had to repeat it 3 times and when I asked for lite ice I think she heard lots of ice and then I didn't get my sprinkles on the top of my drink. First time for us to try out this little drive thru and their drinks. Opening day was a complete madhouse with lines all day. Late afternoon seems to be less people but still a wait. But our curiosity led us to see what the hype is all about. Snowberry rebel. Candy cane cold brew. Sugar cookie breve. Some of the drinks served right now. We ordered 2 Kickers (Irish cream breve) as blended and hot. We waited about 15 minutes. They're doing really well considering it's their 2nd day open. Yum! The blended drink is so good. Love the Irish cream and plan to get this again. I'm also interested in their rebels, which seem like energy drinks. Okay, okay. We'll be back, but we'll skip the lines and go when there aren't that many folks. Another good gem in town! **update: came back here a few days later in the late morning hours and was in and out in about 5 minutes. Grabbed the same drink and shared it with my husband this time. The medium size is quite a lot for me, like more than a grande at Starbucks. Very happy with our experience and our Irish cream breve. It's quickly becoming our go-to drink. read more

First off, what I don't understand is how expensive the drinks are here compared to other coffee stands. $7 drink here is $4 everywhere else. Secondly I've been to smaller stands where one barista makes the drinks quicker and better than the 6 baristas they have working in Dutch Bros at the same time. Why has this become the acceptable standard for Dutch Bros? Expensive drinks that are rarely correct and take 10 minutes to make while they sit and gossip about inappropriate subjects for my kids to hear. read more

First time trying Dutch Bros and it was great!! I got the sugar free Cherry Rebel blended. Basically their version of an energy tea, sugar free red bull with sugar free cherry mix. Drive thru attendant was very nice and made me feel relaxed/not rushed. read more

This is my second-most visited Dutch Bros, and it's a good one. The people there are usually quite friendly and often recognize me and say hi. I don't think they've ever gotten a drink wrong, or made a bad drink, which is actually pretty remarkable considering how many times I've been there. Definitely recommended. read more

After a nasty encounter with a guy in line behind me for his mistake, I just want to give a big thank you to all the staff that were working today. Little did this guy in line know that I just had a baby three weeks ago and had just got some not so good news..and that his words were straight up cruel and disgusting. I was going to dutch for a pick me up drink. After the encounter and the girl who witnessed it and saw how emotional I was, she compensated my drink! I got up to the window and was flooded with support and pick me up words from all the employees that were working and sent me home with an extra free drink for next time. It wasn't about what they gave me, it was what they did for me. By giving me so much love and emotional support, that was all I could ask for. Thank you x1000 to the Dutch bros workers at this stand. Great coffee, always consistent. Friendly staff. But luckily I had time to kill because it took about 20 minutes to get through the drive through, no joke. Two cars in front of me, but the second one the Xterra must work there because she chatted with the first person taking the orders outside for a long time. Then got to the window and looked like they retook her order and even asked if she wanted to pay with the balance. If she didn't work there then it's friends of the people who work there. But I sat for a good 10 minutes twice and the second time I heard all about her date and watched her show pics and they just chatted and her whip was even melted even heard the barista say that. Time and place ladies. Luckily I had time to kill but with how long I sat there with my car running my coffee prob cost me double burning gas idling there.
