My family and I really like Dutch Bros, however, this one in particular NEEDS better training. There is a lack of quality and the few I've talked with don't understand how to provide customer service. I am a pretty patient person and I understand this Dutch Bros is very slow and I happened to be in a hurry this day so I ordered online. When I get there my order had been placed for 30 minutes and was still incomplete. I waited another 20 minutes before I had to tell them to cancel the order (that they hadn't started for whatever reason) because I had to leave. Horrrrrible. The worst location in NE Oklahoma. I have tried them time and time again. Service, they couldn't be bothered, work to them is time to hang with their pals on the clock. Drinks? Not consistent. Efficient? That's a joke, 10+ minutes per drink. I'm not sure how this place stays open, all I do know is I'm not wasting another dime or minute on this place. Such a strange location to put a DB at. It's at the back of the town on a road heading up to a residential neighborhood. I thought I was lost before I stumbled across it. They have the longest drive through I have ever seen, and the parking lot was huge. I don't know if I will get back this way again, but if do I'll definitely stop by for good cup of joe. read more

I've been to Dutch bros locations all over Oregon and Washington. Usually 4-6 people in there at all times and they get people moved through the line really quickly. This one in Claremore though I've been to a handful of times and it is by far the slowest one I've ever been to. 5 cars in line (me being the fifth) and it takes 15min, no exaggeration. I love the different drinks and flavors they offer and they make them well, but the speed is terrible. It could be an inability to get enough people hired but whatever it is I hope they're able to change. I'm not planning on going back for a while though. read more

I love the flavor of the coffee but I can drive to your local competition (SB Drive Thru or CF Park/Pickup) and drive back by and the same cars are in the line. At a minimum during peak hours, a 30-40 minute line. Unacceptable. Sorry DB but I got things to do and sitting in a drive thru for coffee is not one of them. If you come to Claremore Oklahoma location, you better be willing to trade at minimum of 30 minutes of your life for a drink. Have been sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes, there is still 3 cars in front of me, we started with 5. Absolutely ridiculous, I will avoid this place at all cost. read more

On the outside chance that a different crew here would do a better job I gave them 2 stars. I am from Grants Pass the home of the original Dutch Bros coffee stands. Love their white coffee! When we travel I always look for Dutch Bros! So coming back from Missouri we found the Claremore Oklahoma Dutch! We were so excited! It was short lived when they only got 2 of our 6 drinks correct. My husband's sugar free blended caramelizer was like water. We ordered 2 iced Cinnamon Spice teas with the tea bags left in. They fixed them hot and then just poured them over ice which promptly melted. They didn't leave the tea bags in nor give us the cup of ice we requested. I ordered a white coffee cream dement mocha. I can't say what I got, but it was not what I ordered! The young man that took our order apologized but did nothing to fix the mistakes. Nothing like home. read more

I've always had a good experience at Dutch Brothers Claremore with fast and friendly service but today the line was really long so I went to the walk up window, when I walked up 2 people were walking away and and no one was at the window and there were 2 people waiting including me and I waited for about 5 minutes and no one came to the window and the other employees could see us waiting and then after 10 minutes I left cause no one ever came to the window and my that time there 5 of us waiting. This was horrible customer service I hope this helps and you all can do better if I come back for another visit! read more
