They do not have a drive-thru but I do believe they offer food delivery through popular services. They also offer a loyalty program. I visited on December 12th and though I do not remember the exact name of the wrap I ordered, I do know that it was excellent in taste. The regular manager has always been polite and willing to take care of us, which we truly appreciate. Unfortunately, Tracey makes ordering this same item uncomfortable every time, often questioning it and attempting to add different charges depending on the visit. Most recently, when dining with my mother, we ordered the exact same meal. She offered biscuits and gravy during ordering, then tried to charge us for them afterward. The same happened with bacon as a side--something she offered as part of "two sides"--yet we were later told it was a premium charge. Not only that, but the menu lists that upcharge as $1.90, and we were charged $3.99. The inconsistency and lack of transparency are frustrating, but even more so is the attitude that comes along with it. Dining out should feel welcoming, not like you're being challenged or upcharged at every turn. For context, I am typically a very generous tipper--often 30% or more. On this visit, my mother still left 10%, which honestly felt more generous than the service warranted. Jimmy's Eggs itself has always had good food and, in our experience, great management. But I would strongly recommend avoiding this particular server's section if possible. Service can truly make or break a dining experience, and unfortunately, this has been a repeated issue.
