It is also a common thing that none of the staff have the bright idea to make the person who is waiting on food or large orders to park in front of the store while they get it together and then fill the other customers orders that are in the drive through. So that way everyone in line is not waiting on this one order, especially if you have multiple staff members. I waited for 10 minutes just to get my order taken and another 20 in line before I left. Why am I spending 30 minutes in line at tropical smoothie??And for this to happen on more than one occasion, it needs to be addressed. This place is a poor representation of tropical smoothie. tThe one by my house does not operate like this. Not to mention, I do not get added from this location because it is hit or miss and when it is a miss, it ruins the entire drink because the drink will be chalky and taste like medication. lol it's smoothies and flatbreads not rocket science.

I received MELTED açaí base with 2 toppings, not the five toppings I ordered, and one I paid extra for. It was like fruit juice with granola and bananas floating on top. So gross! It couldn't have melted in the five minute transit. I buy açaí bowls from Cafe 931 and drive them 15 minutes home and they are never melted. So I went to the restaurant to hopefully resolve the issue but the door is locked. I knocked and knocked and no one came to the door. I couldn't find a phone number for them online either. I paid almost $13, not to mention the delivery fees and tip, for something I couldn't eat. I wouldn't recommend eating here.
