This is a management issue, with someone operating the store who lacks the skill set requisite to competently run this operation.

There were about two customers ahead of us and we had decided to stop in for a quick bite but it took nearly an hour before we just walked out, and the guy in front of us was in the same boat. The coffee was undrinkable and very expensive. It was one of the worst coffees I have ever had. I hate to leave such a scathing review, and honestly they're getting two stars because she was so apologetic and it's not her fault, but folks should be aware of the issues.
