We are visiting the Oregon Coast for the first time and family that has been here before highly recommended we try it. So after driving past a few we finally decided to stop and try it. The service was fantastic! So friendly. When our cashier found out it was our first time she refunded our coffee and said they like to buy your first coffee. Drove back to DB from home after sampling the brown liquid handed to me minutes before. Requested refund for 1 large Americana and a large almond milk latte. Both coffee's had a disgustingly, strong, burnt taste followed by a nauseating hit to the palate. Never have I been assaulted with such a vile liquid. I was told the coffees "were not packed correctly ??" and to try another. The second time around proved dismal as well. One of the ladies obviously had no clue. Felt sorry for her. Going public caused DB to go down hill quickly, in my opinion. I stopped my daily pilgrimage after several visits proved DB's quality hit rock bottom. Today was to be a treat, sadly, once again, not the case. Won't be going back. read more

Our first time at a Dutch Bros. Had the Kicker and the Annihilator. Simply the BEST!!! The staff were beyond great. She gave us our coffees for free when we said it was our first time. These have to be some of the most uplifting and genuinely happy workers I have ever been so lucky to meet. The coffee isnt 1st class or anything but... it is good coffee with the best customer service you could ask for. The price is more than fair, especially compared to those OTHER Guys... I love Dutch bros! The workers are always friendly, upbeat and fun (I've even had a few water wars with a couple of the guys) and the coffee is tasty. One thing I will say is I wish everyone made the coffee the same. I stop by a lot and never order anything complicated. I go for one if 3 things, a white chocolate raspberry mocha, a creme de menthe mocha or a white chocolate snickers mocha and most of the time it comes out awesome, but I have had a few where it seemed like no flavors were added at all... just tasted like coffee and milk. Doesn't happen that often, just every once in a great while, not sure why. Anyway, still give you 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I'd love to work there if given the chance, but probably wouldn't work with my other jobs schedule. read more

We stop at Dutch Bros from time to time and were looking for this one in Coos Bay. The product is decent: I had an Americano and wife had iced green tea. The staff was very nice. One problem there and at other Dutch Bros is the loud music. My coffee was fine but my wife asked for a 32 oz iced tea and got a smaller size...but staff was nice. read more
